Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , blisko ścisłego centrum turystycznego Gdańska . Obiekt przy samym nabrzeżu z widokiem na Motławę .

1.Recepcja wprowadza w błąd klientów jak dojechać do apartamentu. Lokal znajduje się przy ul. Stara Stocznia 4 i taki adres obsługa recepcji kazała wpisać w nawigację . Po wpisaniu tego adresu nawigacja prowadzi na..... ul. Sienna Grobla po drugiej stronie rzeki. Po konsultacji telefonicznej z biurem stwierdzono ,że ...tak działa nawigacja w Gdańsku ;) .. i kazano wpisać adres w nawigację " Muzeum II wojny światowej " 2. Garaż podziemny jest dla kilku segmentów mieszkalnych - życzę sukcesów ,żeby trafić do konkretnej windy .Nawet stali mieszkańcy nie potrafili udzielić nam informacji. Wejścia do wind są za drzwiami które są opisane K43-K 80 . Skąd turysta ma to wiedzieć?? 3. Lokal jest bardzo ładny , ale czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Krzesła i kanapa z jasną tapicerką z dużymi plamami . Szklane balustrady w ptasich odchodach , nie myte od bardzo dawna psują urok tego miejsca . 4. Pod rozwagę gospodarzom doposażenie lokalu w kieliszki do wina i szklanki których nie ma .

Very good location, good partitioning of the apartment

Service level very low, even for things that would be easy to maintain or tell the guests. It was difficult to find the apartment from the garage, took 15 minutes. There were missing light bulbs. The glass of the terrace was so dirty on the inner side that someone made an obscene drawing on it. The furniture is very used compared to that the building is quite new. The beds are narrow (140 cm) even though there would be enough place for larger beds. There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. The washing machine was not working prior to us moving in and the host approached when they can come fixing it, I gave a date. It turned out that the host supposed that we would be supervising the serviceman and stay home for a couple of hours for it on my holiday. She was upset that I was not at home -even though it was not even mentioned before that the host expected us as guests to be at the apartment/ oversee the maintenance works. Host employs incompetent staff, on the question where should I put the garbage, answer was: "I don't know". Wifi code was not given, but I could figure out from the text on the router.
