Good location, the apartment was nice and well equipped

The apartment was in very good condition and clean, as well as well equipped.

We didn't receive the door code and had to wait behind the first door for 1.5 hours until the owner and Booking sorted things out. It turned out that they had sent us the wrong code/no code at all. The code for the first door was really difficult to figure out at first, as it was the same keypad as the doorbells. In addition, the room was different from the one we booked. The man who came to open the door told us to send him a message if we needed anything else, but he didn't respond to us again. Make sure you get all three codes before you arrive!

We booked two apartments on the same dates and the same price. There was a terrible smell in one of the corridors, also no washing machine or oven, while the second appartment was absolutely great.

There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for the whole 3-day stay for 3 people, when i asked for more it was not possible!!! So bring your own!!

Geographical location - the city center is a few steps away. Shops with everything you need within walking distance.

The apartments were not well cleaned. Toilet - The bathroom was covered in limescale. There was an incomprehensible liquid in the soap dish, which was unsafe to wash hands and face. The oven in the living room was covered in old stains and crumbs. When I wanted to get out, I found out that the vacuum cleaner was clogged with old dirt and no one even paid attention, then all the filters in it were clogged with old dirt and it stank when you tried to turn it on. also in my case, due to work I had to leave earlier than the paid period and the owners of the apartments told me that they would not return the money for not using the days and would take them as a fine. I was deeply surprised by this attitude to the client - usually they do not return the money in one day in case of early cancellation of the order, and these greedy managers and owners did not return 300 US dollars to me in 7 days. I highly do not recommend these apartments.

Stayed for almost a month with a child. Very convenient location in the old town. There is a playground in the yard. The window overlooks a lovely park. There is also a children's area. The apartments have everything for a long stay. The only caveat is that the hood over the stove does not work and for a large family there will be a small dryer for things. But these are trifles. The intercom and Wi-Fi are shared by two apartments, and this is a bit inconvenient when you want to separate. For a short stay it doesn't matter. The administration is quite responsive to requests. Nearby are shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, the Motława embankment, a Ferris wheel, and other entertainment for children and adults.

Nicht schlecht aber beim nächsten Mal im Danzig übernachten wir nicht mehr dort.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentrumsnah, auf Wunsch ist eine Tiefgarage buchbar. Es ist aber auch möglich in der Anlage zu parken, es sind aber begrenzte Parkplätze vorhanden und abends eins zu erwischen ist richtig schwer.

An sich ist die Unterkunft nicht schlecht, modern eingerichtet aber sehr abgenutzt! Der Reinigung ist auch sehr schlecht gewesen, Messer, Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck…. Dreckig, fettig, angebrannt. Besteck: 4 Messer, 3 Gabel, 5 Löffeln! Heißt bei jeder Nutzung abwaschen. Wir haben natürlich alles sofort gemeldet, es kam auch ein Mitarbeiter und hat alles dokumentiert und uns mehr Besteck und neuen Topf dagelassen. Aber der bittere Geschmack ist geblieben. Nach etwa 1,5 stunden putzen war es wieder halbwegs bewohnbar. Man hat sich natürlich entschuldigt und wir haben für 2 Tage die Tiefgarage nutzen können.

Blisko do de ja vu, długi targ także w bliskiej okolicy. Balkon plus dwa krzesła z stolikiem Wyposażenie kuchni podstawowe. Spora ilość ręczników

Telewizor działał początkowo przez max godzinę i po tym czasie co pięć minut się wyłączał Brak żelu pod prysznic, dostaliśmy 6 opakowań odżywki do włosów Czasem kran w łazience tak jakby się zapowietrzal Lampa nad aneksem kuchennym bardzooo słaba

dla mało wymagających osób

Pisząc opinię na temat jakiegoś lokum zawsze zaznaczam, że wspomniane przez mnie minusy / wady / niedogodności to spostrzeżenia czysto subiektywne i komuś innemu mogą zupełnie nie przeszkadzać. Tak będzie i tym razem. Zacznijmy od plusów: 1. Mieszkanie znajduje się w ładnym nowym bloku, 5 minut spacerem do „turystycznej” części miasta. Właściwie jest to tuż za rogiem. Obok bloku jest plac zabaw. 2. Cena jest dosyć dobra i na tym plusy niestety się kończą.

Teraz minusy: 1. „Apartament” jest częścią pierwotnie większego mieszkania, które zostało podzielone na mniejsze. Dwa mieszkania mają wspólny przedpokój z szafką na buty, lustrem i wieszakami na odzież wierzchnią. Jest to praktyczne rozwiązanie przy wynajmie obu mieszkań, ale mało ciekawe, gdy obok mieszkają „obcy”. 2. Wejście do przedpokoju oraz do mieszkania jest na kod (nie ma klucza). Zastanawiam się, co się dzieje, gdy nie ma prądu… 3. Ściana pomiędzy dwoma mieszkaniami zrobiona jest z papieru. Słychać wszelakie rozmowy, telewizor. Dodatkowo wentylacja (chyba) łazienki sąsiedniego apartamentu jest wyprowadzona na "naszą" salono-jadalnio-kuchnię, wiatrak buczy cały czas, w związku z czym bardzo niekomfortowo śpi się w tym pomieszczeniu. 4. Bardzo mało miejsca do przechowywania, walizki z ubraniami zostawiliśmy nierozpakowane i stały na podłodze, bo nie było gdzie umieścić rzeczy. 5. Łazienka – brak półki pod prysznicem na kosmetyki, brak regulacji strumienia wody po prysznicem, umywalka zamontowana bardzo wysoko, brak pralki (w sąsiednim bloku jest pralnia). Ręczniki były brudne (albo niedoprane, ciężko powiedzieć). 6. Część kuchenna – brak patelni, stół do wymiany (poluzowane nogi, chybocze się na boki). Zamiast zintegrowanej płyty indukcyjnej jest turystyczna. 7. Parking – można wynająć miejsce w garażu podziemnym za opłatą lub zaparkować bezpłatnie przed blokiem. To jednak graniczy z cudem, trzeba jeździć wokół bloku i czekać, aż ktoś inny odjedzie, a potem nie ruszać się z miejsca przez cały pobyt. Poza tym zostaje płatny parking (przy dłuższym pobycie mocno uszczupli to portfel). 8. Prócz tego mieliśmy stłuczona lampę w sypialni. 9. Nie udało mi się ani razu dodzwonić do firmy zarządzającej (z zapytaniem o parking). Musiałam napisać wiadomość w serwisie.

Nie wszystko złoto co się świeci

Ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja, wielkość apartamentu , kuchnia i łazienka -extra, okna dachowe dają specyficzny klimat, taras i widok też świetne.

Przywitały nas rybiki cukrowe oraz duży chłód (ok.18°C - mierzone na środku apartamentu na stole- po dwóch dniach doszliśmy do 21). Wyposażenie super, ale nie jakość. Odrapane kontakty, listwy przypodłogowe rama drzwi łazienkowych na taśmę klejącą, Łóżko w salonie niestety było brudne, a materac w sypialni- tragedia. Bardzo miękki, sprężynowy, nie sposób spać, chyba że ważyłbym 40 kg to może nie zapadałbym się w nim. No i ostatnia sprawa. Bardzo twarde ramy godzinowe zameldowania. Jak przyjeżdżasz wcześniej -rób co chcesz. Na wiadomości Pańswo z Q4 odpowiadają bądź nie. Nadal nie wiem jak dopłacić opłatę miejską. Na zdjęciach wyglądało przyjemniej. No i zdecydowanie za drogo.
