Amazing location, only a few minutes to Old Town. Plenty of paid ( relatively inexpensive) parking is across the street if one of the neighbors takes your space. Overnight ( I thonk 8pm to 8am) is free.
100% would stay there, just not with my friends as they are routy abd quiet hours are 10pm-6am.

It was a very lovely stay, the apartment itself is very well furnished and modern. Very comfy bed and good sleep.
Something that I think the apartment could do with improving, but they are just mainly personal preference. I think they could install blackout blind for the bedroom. The shelf above the kitchen sink can be difficult to open(both strength and height) for some. Could also do with a floor mat outside of the bathroom so you're not leaving bathroom with wet feet(maybe they're there but I just didn't spot it).
The location itself is great, it's not right in the city where it can get noisy, but it's close enough where it's not a long trek to get to town.
Jakub was superb in answering all queries and often available whenever needed.
