Amazing for a weekend with friends

Perfectly set up for large groups, gorgeous decor

Not huge amounts of cooking etc equipment but doesn’t matter for a weekend when you’re likely to be out for dinner. Some of the codes given to us to get in the buildings and doors were wrong so that caused us a lot of confusion but once we worked it out, it was fine

The stay was very great (Except for the person on the sofa bed)

The accommodation is spacious and looks very good. There are two bathrooms, which made it very comfortable with our group.

The sofa bed was a disaster - a real sofa bad - and makes no sense. The room is to small as second living room and another double bed would be much better. The refrigerator had no icebox.

Very good apartment in a nice location.

Very nice apartment, quite clean and renovated. Kitchen had nice stock of cutlery and utensils. Nice and cosy place to stay with large families.

Microwave oven was not there, essential for a large family with kids.

Location was excellent! Very close to everything.

It’s was very comfortable for 2 people. We traveled with 4. The pull out was as you would expect. It worked but could have been more comfortable. We would stay here again. Very clean! Loved the balcony very modern look.

Good but terrible process for the key

Good space, good distribution, and good location.

The process of receiving and giving back the key doesn't make sense. You need to go 2 km away from the apartment location to pick up the key. So, they basically don't make it easy for you at all.

Property was clean and a short walk into the old town along the main street with all bars and restaurants.

Great place, but expect poor service and a risk for scam

Nice apartments and very spacious with a great location

Service / scam. We had a great stay at this apartment and recommend it to other travellers. Do note however that staff is very impolite and scams may occur. We had a part of our deposit deducted without reason. Furthermore, I got an angry call on my way to the airport after checkout to turn around and return the key (we lived in an apartment with a code lock)

NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Filthy, dirty and disappointing.

Place was filthy. Pictures attached. Cigarets buds on the balcony, hair on the floors, window curtains were FILTHY so as the door rugs all over the apartment. Only 2(!!!) garbage bags - we are family of 7 - stayed there for 3 days - no garbage bags and no more than 2(!!) dishwasher tabs! Felt like the management thought we were going to steal garbage bags and dishwasher tabs or something. I did. address all that upon check out - no one contacted me afterwards. Very unprofessional and NOT worth the money they charge for it. Feels like they are renting this place for groups of party-iers. This place is Definitely not for a family with little Children.

Excellent apartment, very central, with all facilities!

We stayed here for a week with our two children. The location was central, next to bus stops, shops, city centre was walkable, and big grocery stores were just a few minutes walk from the place. The apartment is centrally located facing towards the road and church, but it was not loud. Apartment had everything listed and it was very comfortable.

The large double bed was a bit too soft to sit-up and get-off from it, but it was comfortable to sleep on :)

Great stay!

The location was great and was close to everything like stated.

I didn’t like that the property included a picture of a big balcony which was not a part of what I rented. I’m not even sure if it existed in the same building. Some fixtures could be upgraded; like the shower heads. Also, they have on the list of amenities that they include grocery delivery and daily housekeeping for extra fee (which I didn’t mind paying) but when I reached out during my stay regarding these they were very dismissive and said it was not offered. Also, the garage has a limit of 2 meters which was not disclosed when I purchased the parking spaces. Although they did refund me my money back for one spot.

The girl who checked us in was not welcoming, was in a very bad mood, gave us the bare information about getting in and out of the apartment. The girl who checked us out was great. The apartment could use a tea towel in the kitchen, the mattresses could be replaced.

Nice apartment near the old town of Gdansk

the location to the center the old town / center of Gdansk is very good. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. I would recomend this place to my friends. Suitable for 4 couples to stay there. The shower is very good

Things that need a update - chairs on the balcony need to repaired or changed. Glasses for water or wine are not for ten people there - all sorts of glasses but not enough for 10. The pillows are very soft so they might have extra pillows for those who use 2 pillows.

Great apartment in heart of Gdańsk!

Communication with the host was great and instructions given were very clear. Host offered transport from the airport but the prices were on the high end compare to the actual prices at the airport. Apartment was great! We were group of 3 couples with two kids aged 4 and 6 and we have plenty of space. Beds were very comfy. Extra duvet big plus. Two bathrooms looked amazing and were so helpful if you're a bigger group. Plenty of storage to leave coats or unpack our suitcases. Location was fantastic - just outside of the town center. 10 mins walk to Old town. On the apartment street there are few restaurants, kebab place and Zabka.

- hoover didn't work. no brush to sweep the floor. after few days floor gets dirty so that would be so helpful. - few more bin bags would be great as the bin is small

The Stay Win apartments not only provided excellent value for money, they are a high end apartment in a high end building. Check in was easy as the host sent us the details over messenger on the day of arrival as it was an apartment building we only needed the correct codes. The stay was very comfy, with two beds in the main bedroom and a big sofa bed in the living room. We stayed with three people, although you could probably fit four people here if needed. We also stayed in the winter so we never had a chance to make the most of the balcony. The apartment had convenience stores located next to the entrance and down the street and is about a five minute walk from the old town.

When we booked a taxi through booking.com the taxi took us to the wrong address and collected us from the wrong address - it was a few minutes walk so not the end of the world. Not sure if this was because of booking.com or because of the way it is listed. Also this no fault of the apartment, just a warning for future travelers, when walking into the old town we were approached a lot by people trying to force us in bars etc. This does not take away from the fact how great the Stay Win apartments were.
