Staywin Apartments

The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy. The location was fantastic and an easy walk to old town. There is a zabka store 1 min walk for drinks/snacks/food (within the apartment complex-which always seemed very busy). There are also many restaurants within a 5 min walk (before getting into old town). With windows open, the apartment kept cool. One room had a regular bed the other room was a futon type bed. Overall the apartment met our needs, the half bath was very useful if there’s more than 2 guests. Good mirrors. Lastly, pay attention to the check in instructions as it gives a more specific address for taxi drop off versus what was listed on the booking page.

Bare minimum as far as items in the apartment and just the basic kitchen utensils (cups, plates, bowls, silverware) but not a lot of other utensils for cooking. There were no curtains in 1 room, only blinds and was very bright when the sun came up (recommend an eye mask if sleeping later), the other room had a light curtain and was also very bright. When the windows are open the sound from outside can be noisy if one is a light sleeper

It is a very interesting and modern apartment, with everything needed, infront of the channel and near all the atractions. We really enjoyed the location.

Could do with a microwave and toaster. Soft mattresses and better cooking utensils . And more dishwasher tablets Kitchen towel

Location was good. Comfortable beds.

Place was filthy. Pictures attached. Cigarets buds on the balcony, hair on the floors, window curtains were FILTHY so as the door rugs all over the apartment. Only 2(!!!) garbage bags - we are family of 7 - stayed there for 3 days - no garbage bags and no more than 2(!!) dishwasher tabs! Felt like the management thought we were going to steal garbage bags and dishwasher tabs or something. I did. address all that upon check out - no one contacted me afterwards. Very unprofessional and NOT worth the money they charge for it. Feels like they are renting this place for groups of party-iers. This place is Definitely not for a family with little Children.
