Miejsce a nawet budynek był mi znany dobrze , dlatego wybrałam, blisko wszędzie , garaż podziemny w cenie, pralka

Czystość :( wiadomo jest to mieszkanie pod wynajem , ale... deszczownia nie działała , z kranu ciekło , więc ciągle wycieralismy żeby szafki nie zalało ,mydła do rąk nie dolane a jednak teraz to minimum, pod łóżkiem i obok nawet nie przetarte z kurzu, pachniało stęchlizną i niestety w upały koszmar , duże okna a wentylatora sufitowego , klimatyzacji , czy nawet wiatraka stojącego brak. Cena niestety nie adekwatna do jakości, mieszkanie nowe a już zaniedbane , szkoda bo ma potencjał :)

+ komfort mieszkania dla rodziny 2+2 + wygodne łóżka + niezbędne wyposażenie kuchni + bezpłatny parking w garażu pod budynkiem + okna od cichej strony=niezakłócony sen + lokalizacja blisko centrum

Na wejściu przywitały nas kłębki włosów tzw. koty. Chcąc samemu odkurzyć najpierw trzeba było wyczyścić odkurzacz. Wolałabym złapać za miotłę, której brakuje do szybkiego ogarnięcia podłogi. Zwróciłabym też uwagę ekipie sprzątającej, że lampki nocne z ozdobnymi żarówkami należy systematycznie wycierać, bo bez abażurów szybko się kurzą.

we loved the location and the fact that everything was new in the apartment

the fact that there was no air-condition, it wouldn't be bad if the windows had bug screens on them, when we left them open the whole apartment was filled with flying bugs. the shower head that had warnings about improper use and threats that your will be charged if its damaged was not working properly, the only way to use the shower was to use the "rain shower" feature which was set to run literally like a garden hose on full blast, it was definitely not a rain shower. called the "emergency number" there was no answer, it was after 10pm so i did not expect them to answer but i just wanted it on record that i did try to call, received an email the following day (Saturday) that a non working shower is not an emergency but they are trying to find a plumber to fix it, the only saving grace was that they did find a plumber that got the shower handle working on a Sunday so we didn't have to shower under a full force garden hose.
