Location excellent

Long walk to collect keys then long walk back to find apartment, no maps issued just assumes that everyone will use google maps. In the apartment could do with some information in English and some more washing facilities if they want to ensure that dishes etc are done correctly.

Toilet not flushed, floor dirty, bed covers not changed by the staff before my stay

I’m still shocked of how dirty it was. Used towels on the floor in the bathroom, toilet not flushed, bed covers dirty with spots. It was as if they did not clean the apartment from last guests… The interior design of the apartment was good so applaud for whoever designed it. But I do not recommend this to anyone. I had to clean the apartment my self… vacuum and I even had to go buy my own towels even tho I called them and offered to go and collect everything, new towels…bedsheets but they would absolutely not help with anything. Worst service Ive experienced in my entire traveling life.

Stay away this place, they have many different apartments but it’s always 50/50 you end up with a bad or a good experience according to the reviews. I’ve read the other reviews and unfortunately my stay is for sure the worst experience I’ve had with any place…

The living room carpet was not very clean, it was covered with hairs. The bathroom light was faulty & the socket in the living room at the window didn’t work.

Great location for the centre of the old town, apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. On arrival at the main office the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions to the apartment.

Well - the only what was great there is location. Appreciated that host allowed the late checkout. The apartment was rather warm, what was really good due to the weather.

The keys collection - the worst experience ever. You need to collect the key 15 min walk from the apartment. That is not OK when you have heavy luggage. The host was concentrated on the explaining how to get into the building but forgot to give an apartment number. Non of the phones were accessible when I actually got to the building. So it was not fun finding the right apartment. The apartment itself is stinky, and looks like I was the only one who paid for the "check out cleaning". As it was really not fresh... The sofas... first - dry cleaning would not harm them at all. Second, absolute nightmare for sleeping.

We rented five apartments. Overall the quality was good.

When we arrived they had accidentally handed one of our apartments to someone else and (not knowing that we speak Polish) told us that it needed repairs instead. We had to wait for 45 minutes until the issue was solved. There were a number of (mostly minor) damages in each of the apartments, that were overlooked. The sinks in most showers need cleaning/repair. One of the toilet seats was broken. In one apartment the router was broken and the office didn't reply during the whole week after we reported this. So, the people who stayed in that apartment didn't have any wifi at all. Also, cleanliness was ok, but cleaning was obviously done rather superficially. Overall impression is rather positive, but if problems arise don't hope for any service.

Zapłaciłem za inny apartament a przez pomyłkę osoby odpowiedzialnej za przydział apartamentów otrzymałem całkowicie inny. Był w tej samej lokalizacji, lecz warunki totalnie odstawały od tego za który zapłaciłem. Nie dość że była tam antresola, a nie osobna sypialnia, do tego były kręte schody na tą antresolę, co było ogromnym problemem dla osoby, która była po operacji kolana. Warunki nie spełniały totalnie oczekiwań. Nie działający telewizor, stare DVD (komu to potrzebne? na pokaz?) i prąd w kuchni który wywalał co chwile bezpiecznik, więc był problem, że zagotować chociażby wodę... Obsługa dopiero następnego dnia była w stanie zrobić cokolwiek z błędem, który popełnili i zaproponowali zmianę apartamentu na inny lub żeby napisać reklamację poprzez email i zwrócą część pieniędzy za tą rezerwację. Niestety zaproponowany apartament był w całkowicie innej części miasta i trochę było to problematyczne, aby znowu się pakować i przewozić rzeczy na ostatnią nockę, więc wybrałem opcję częściowego zwrotu pieniędzy. Po rozpatrzeniu reklamacji niestety dostałem propozycję Vouchera zniżkowego na 10% na następny pobyt i nie otrzymałem żadnego zwrotu. Tak, więc jestem totalnie nie zadowolony i każdemu odradzam z góry rezerwację poprzez tą firmę. Pomyłka pomyłką i to rozumiem jak najbardziej, ale brak rzetelności w tym przypadku, gdzie sami zaproponowali częściowy zwrot po złożeniu reklamacji to już słabo moim zdaniem. Na mojego meila, w którym napisałem że chcę częściowy zwrot a nie voucher nie otrzymałem już odpowiedzi... Z całego serca ODRADZAM każdemu rezerwację u tej firmy! Jest pełno apartamentów na wynajem i żałuję, że akurat wybrałem ten...
