About this apartment rental
This condo offers the best of all worlds, with cleanliness and steps from the private beach. Avoid the crowds of the public beach in this beautiful private beach with the lounge chairs already at the beach for your convenience. Literally yards from the beach, exit the ground floor condo and walk 100 yards to the gate to the private beach. Only 2 miles from the village, with an easy close by trolley stop just outside the complex. Beach cart, umbrella, cooler, beach toys and towels provided for your convenience! Look no further. If traveling with multiple families, other condos available so you can all be close together at same private beach. Ask me!
One bedroom with comfortable king size bed, duvet and duvet covers, so no dirty comforters here. Additional queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably sleeps 4. Full sized kitchen with all appliances and kitchen needs to make you feel at home.
This ground level unit provides easy in and out access without busy lobbies or elevators to deal with. A day at the beach should truly be a day at the beach and this unit will provide you with that comfort!

We stayed as 2 Adults, and a 4.5 year old girl. We had a lovely stay, the apartment is well appointed and comfortable, and less than 1 minute walk to that beautiful white beach. The beach accessories, cooler and trucks were very useful. Our 4 year old, made good use of the toys. Although we didn't make use of them, the games in the house was also a nice touch.We found the free trolley (open-sided bus) service that can take you down to Captain Kurts/Lennys side -or- up into the Village was all we needed to get around, except for one day when we had torrential rain and took an Uber. The trolley service runs roughly every 30 minutes, don't bother trying to find/use the breeze app for the timetable, just use google maps which will help you with the expected trolley schedule.we typically enjoy eating out proper food, places we enjoyed:* Lenny's for first day hassle free dinner (pizza)* Miguel's (French Restaurant) near Captain Kurt's* Libby's in downtown Sarasota (we took an Uber)* Another Broken Egg Cafe for breakfast, Toasted Mango Cafe is also goodWe also tried the italian Cafe Gabbiano was slightly overpriced, good lasagne but the Special Mention - highly recommend the Siesta Key Wine Bar which is a classy calm oasis.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Accurately listed, clean, all amenities as described. Had 1 minor issue, messaged host (Lisa) and she took immediate action. Great location with beach steps away. Over all fantastic experience!
