About this house rental
Newly renovated gated beach access apartment with a heated pool. This is a one bedroom and one bath apartment that makes up one unit in a quadplex. It is on a very quiet private road that leads to a gated beach access way that only residents on this street have access too.
Amenities Included:
- Private pool for only guest at our quadplex
- Key fobs to the gated beach only a short walk to the beach
- New sheets, towels, pillows, comforters, etc.
- Soap and shampoo
- Roku TV, able to login to all of your different streaming services
- Netflix subscription included at the house
- Beach chairs and toys
- Super fast internet/wifi
- Washer and dryer
- Full size kitchen with all the essentials
This property sleeps up to 4 guests. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
This property is great for a couple looking to getaway from their busy lives and enjoy a relaxing trip in Siesta Key, one of the best beaches in the entire country. It is very popular with "snowbirds" from up north coming down for the winter months. The beach is only a very short walk from the property. There is also plenty of seating outside around the pool and on the patio to enjoy the sun without the sand. The Siesta key Village is close by too only a short ride away.
Property Rules:
- Parties are allowed if you make the owner/manager aware prior to booking and get written approval.
- Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm and until 7:00 am. This is to respect the other guests in the other apartments. Loud noise between these times is not allowed.
- As a disclosure there are security cameras located on the outside of the property. They are there for your security. They are only on the outside of the property.
- There must be someone aged 25 years or older present at all times that is apart of your group that is staying in our apartment. You must also report in your reservation the accurate amount of guests that will be staying in the unit. You are not allowed to have any guests come that are not registered as part of your reservation without the written consent of the owner/manager. No more then the maximum amount of guests are allowed to book this apartment without the written consent of the owner/manager.

The place was just as advertised. We had our 2 kids on the pullout and a bedroom for ourselves. Needed a couple items and Steve replied quickly.

We loved everything about this property! Well worth the money. We thought the beach chairs/gear was wonderful and loved having such a close walk to the beach. We will be staying here next year!

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were comfortable. The kitchen is a galley so not large and the only bathroom is accessed through the bedroom so even though there is a pull out couch it would only really work for a nuclear family. The back porch is lovely shaded by palms so comfortable to sit outside. The pool is adjacent but small with no shade. The host was very responsive and we are looking to return next year.
