About this chalet rental
The original chalet dates back to 1870 and was purchased by the University of Oxford in the early 20th century. It has been in our family since 1950. The location is unique and unspoiled, offering a magnificent view of the southern part of the Mont Blanc massif, the Val Montjoie, and the Aravis. It enjoys excellent sunlight from morning to evening (south-facing).
The chalet is accessible only by the Mont Blanc tramway departing from Saint-Gervais. The trip to the chalet takes about 25 minutes. The chalet is not accessible by car. To reach the resort of Les Houches, it takes about 15 minutes on the Mont Blanc tramway. It is possible to ski down to the chalet off-piste.

Séjour parfait dans ce chalet au pied du Mont Blanc et au milieu de la forêt. Le logement est très bien équipé et une fois passée la logistique de l’arrivée, on s’y sent chez soi. Xavier est accueillant, arrangeant et plein de bons conseils !
