Recent chalet with capacity for 10 people weekly rental only !!! ideally located in Saint Gervais les Bains in a quiet and sunny area 5 minutes walk from the city center.

The chalet is composed on the ground floor of a beautiful living space, living room with stone fireplace, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen and separate toilet. Upstairs, 4 double bedrooms with wardrobe, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and downstairs 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub.
Quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.

The price includes:
-A welcome service at the chalet for your arrival.
-Bed linen and towels are provided.

This property was in a quiet yet convenient location. We had 6 adults, 4 kids and it never felt crowded. We really enjoyed the covered outdoor dining table, and how quiet the house was. We did a fair amount of cooking on our stay and found appliances of good quality. The views from the house were great. The host, Sylvain was easy to work with and responsive. If we find ourselves in this area again, we will definitely look to book this place again.

nice place to calm down afer a day of skiing

The property is located a short 5 minute walk into Saint Gervais, it is very peaceful with stunning views. Sylvain was very relaxed and met us at the property to show us around. There was plenty of space for 3 families. The downstairs bedroom has a small kitchenette which worked well for one of the families with younger children.The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of crockery, pans and utensils. We spent 2 weeks at the Chalet with plenty to do locally - canyoning,bike rides, swimming at lake Passy and we particularly enjoyed the Biotop pool at Combloux. A great place to stay.

Beautiful chalet in a stunning location - convenient for easy access to the lovely town of St Gervais too. We also got to catch a glimpse of the Aurora Borealis across the night sky. Perfect!

The chalet was a great place to stay and close to town, which was really appreciated. The owner was always accommodating and helpful with any requests. It was a great stay.

This is the second stay and we would love to come back again. The chalet is always so well presented and welcoming and the space works really well. We stay as 2 families with teenage children and the kitchen/lounge is a great social space. Close proximity to town, cable car and shuttle bus stop. Great restaurants and bars in the town and on the slopes.

Chalet was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. The check in with Sylvain was simple and clear, even with a slight language barrier that we figured out together. Communication was great and fast, we had no problems at all during the stay. We would definitely return in the future!

Very helpful and welcoming and cooperative couples.. the property was very spacious and nice ambiance and well decorated. Everything we need was there. Maybe the only thing is the way to the chalet which needs to be mentioned clearly in the chalet description. Breathtaking views from this clean and cozy chalet in a quiet town 30 min from Chamonix. We drove to Chamonix to take cable cars up to view Mont Blanc. Chamonix is a fun tourist town for mountain sports, but St. Gervais was the perfect place to stay when you want peaceful time with your family, the mountains and the singing birds. Adorable small town with quaint shops, cafés and markets. We cooked for ourselves in the chalet and had everything we needed for beautiful evenings and fresh mornings together with the mountains in view.

What a beautiful home! We couldn’t have asked for a better location for hiking or for picking up our morning pastries in town. The views from the house are spectacular. The kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare a few dinners in. We would certainly stay here again.

We stayed at the chalet as a party of 10 friends. There is only positive feedback- we all had a superb time, the whole St Gervais les Bains experience was enjoyable- fab town, great ski area, easy access to the Bettex and a comfortable home with plenty of space. The chalet is so lovely and well kitted out that you won’t want to leave!

We had a very good time here. The chalet was excellent - comfortable, warm and well-equipped. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and were most helpful. We also enjoyed the frequent shuttle bus which ran from Rue du Mont L'Achat close to the bottom of the lane to the Chalet. This meant that we skied every day without using our car to get to the Telecabine.

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines dans le chalet de Sylvain et Ana. Tout y est exactement comme dans l annonce: le chalet est très spacieux, même à 2 familles! )Les canapés sont encore plus confortables qu on se l imaginait en voyant les photos ;-) La cuisine est très bien équipée pour toute sorte de spécialités (savoyardes ou non!) Et surtout, Sylvain et Ana sont très serviables, d une gentillesse et d une disponibilité incroyables. Nous les remercions pour tout cela ainsi que pour leurs petites attentions. Nous recommandons de tout cœur ce logement et y reviendrons certainement!!! Merci à vous (et aux enfants!!!)

Heerlijk chalet om met een groep vrienden een weekje wintersport te hebben. De eigenaren wonen naast het chalet en hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen. Communicatie ging sowieso snel en soepel. Vier prima slaapkamers waarvan 1 met 2 bedden; op die slaapkamer komt wel de warme lucht die door de haard is opgewarmd en kan een beetje als een sauna aanvoelen. Wij gooiden het raam lekker open. De vijfde slaapkamer is een klein appartementje. Goed geoutilleerde keuken waar alles is wat je nodig hebt. Fijne grote tafel waar het gezellig eten is. Open haard en een oven die je ook met hout stookt (naast een gewone). De skibus is 3 minuten lopen en brengt je snel naar de skilift. Al met al heerlijk huis en zeer aan te bevelen!!
