Chalet "L'Epachat", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 12 km from the centre of St Gervais, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.2 km from the skiing area. Private: property 1'800 m2, swimming pool fenced (8 x 5 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 18.Jun. - 03.Sep.). In the house: central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Le Grattague" 160 m, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 12.2 km. Tennis 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski bus stop 160 m, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 1.5 km, ice rink 8.9 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge).
