Renovated old chalet of 350m2 and 1300m2 of garden. It offers 10 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, collective games areas with table tennis and a large living room and dining room overlooked by a mezzanine. Private parking for five or six cars maximum (public parking 1 km away)
Rental located in La Villette, commune of Saint gervais. Charm, comfort and calm with terrace and garden. Comfort in an old setting, that is to say with the charm and without the clean geometry of the modern. Lovers of old objects, and an old property - with an atypical decoration.

Cleaning fee 200 €
Arrival times (4 pm) and departure times (10 am) can be arranged except for weeks rented consecutively and not applicable on weekends.

Nous avons été ravis de passer ces 4 jours dans ce chalet. Nous étions 4 générations à nous retrouver, de 4 à 85 ans, et chacun a trouvé son bonheur dans ces lieux. L'authenticité du chalet a plu à tous,et la salle de salle de jeu a ravi les adolescents, coté confort, l'essentiel est de mise avec une salle d'eau à chaque niveau. Comme le temps était favorable, nous avons mème profité du salon de jardin avec sa vue magnifique; Voilà, tout s'est bien passé, nous garderons un trés bon souvenir de notre passage.
