About this chalet rental

Nestling in the shadow of the Mont Blanc range, this chalet was fully reconstructed on the site of an old, ruined alpine farmhouse. It offers modern, spacious accommodation over 3 floors and is furnished to a high standard. Fitted, contemporary kitchen, exposed beams, mezzanine overlooking the living area, cosy furnishings and ample space for an extended family stay, are the standout features of this comfortable chalet. Situated in the authentic and traditional ski resort of Les Contamines Montjoie, it’s only 10 minutes’ walk from the village centre with its restaurants, shops and well stocked supermarkets. The free ski-bus stops almost on the doorstep and the ski lifts are just a few minutes’ drive. In the summer months, walking, climbing, biking, tennis and lake swimming are just a few of the activities on offer and the famous walking tour around Mont Blanc passes directly through the village. The chalet also has a south-facing garden terrace, for those summer barbeques.

This Chalet was perfect. Well organised and has absoloutly everything you could need and more. It was exceptionally clean and maintained to the highest standard. The owner was approachable and helpful. There was information about the resort in the chalet and operating instructions for everything. We went on a skiing holiday and skied every day, we had no reason to eat out as the cooking and dining facilities were excellent in the chalet. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone

La location est situé près du village avec l’arrêt du bus à seulement quelques mètres de la maison. L’appartement est spécieux et peut très bien accueillir plusieurs couples ou une grande famille. Caroline a toujours été très présente et responsive, l’arrivé s’était facile et l’appartement très propre. Le seul moins est l’internet qui n’est pas toujours fiable. Recommandé pour des vacances en famille dans un village avec plein de charme.

Chalet très sympa, bien mieux que ce que les photos laissent penser. Très adapté pour notre famille. Accueil très agréable par la personne qui s'occupe des locataires. Le petit - : chalet mitoyen, on entend pas mal les voisins quand ils sont là. Mais à part ça, on recommande !

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce chalet bien situé par rapport à la navette ! L'accueil est très chaleureux et le chalet agréable. Seul petit bémol : manque un peu de vaisselle et petit souci d'eau chaude (pas possible de tirer de l'eau chaude dans 2 salles de bain en même temps) mais nous sommes globalement très satisfaits de notre séjour ! Merci !

Magnifique séjour en famille. Chalet très bien équipé, très propre et surtout super bien situé pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour se rendre au village ce fait très bien à pied et surtout le top avec les navettes. Qu'une envie de revenir l'année prochaine. Pour toute question les propriétaires répondent dans la journée très appréciable. Et l'accueil très chaleureux par Mme. MOLLARD que nous remercions.

Logement confortable et spacieux, 3 belles salles de bains et des chambres de belles tailles. Le seul petit problème concerne la plaque de cuisson le quatrième feu ne fonctionnait pas et il serait préférable dans un logement de cette qualité d’installer une plaque à induction. Cependant ceci reste une très belle prestation.

Ce chalet n'a de 1/2 que le nom ! Il est vraiment complet, fonctionnel et très agréable à vivre. L'accueil par Mme Mollard est des plus chaleureux . Le garage et le parking ont été appréciés. Bref, nous avons passé une excellente semaine, en famille'S.

Superbe chalet parfait pour passer d'agréables Vacances en famille. Très fonctionnel avec ses 3 sdb/toilettes, un par étage; lits faits à l’arrivée, propreté impeccable, linge de toilette fourni. Très bien équipé (cuisine, salon de jardin, parasol, chaises longues...) La table de Ping Pong est un plus. Randonnée au départ du chalet et centre ville à 10-15 min à pied.

Le Chalet était super équipé, très agréable et chaleureux. Bien situé, à proximité de la navette et du centre des Contamines. Accueil très sympathique et efficace de Caroline M. Pour une première expérience, c'est un coup de Maitre. Tout était parfait y compris le temps : soleil et neige à volonté... Je recommande ce chalet, cet endroit, cette station. Allez-y !

Chalet très confortable où rien ne manque! La répartition des chambres et des salles de bain sur trois niveaux facilite la vie des familles nombreuses ! Un grand sous-sol appréciable. Situation idéale proche du village et de la navette. Prêts à y retourner l’an prochain en espérant toutefois des voisins moins bruyants!

Great place, great location

The house was located in a lovely area, right across from the bus stop, which takes you to the city center (it is tiny though). Getting around is very easy if you don't even have a car - we had two but by the second half of the week, we were not really using them. The house was in a very good shape, with big rooms and a very equipped kitchen. Communication was done seamless. A couple of things and suggestions; although there was a baby cot, there was not a baby mattress, so that was a bit difficult to deal with. The pillows are quite old so it was not very comfortable. I would highly recommend buying new ones. The cleaning of the house could have been done better (the floors, fridge tops etc. were still a bit dusty). But overall, if you are all about skiing and relaxing at the chalet after a day full of activity, this is a great choice! Would go back again.
