Ruim, gezellig huisje en vlotte communicatie met de host. Voldoende faciliteiten (vaatwasmachine, wasmachine, handdoeken en beddengoed). De airco was een pluspunt.
Hygiëne: er lag een dode hommel in de keuken en een dode spin in de slaapkamer. Het was enorm stoffig en het bestek was niet proper. Het toilet beneden had een geurtje en de badkamer was niet zo schoon, de afvoeren liepen niet goed door. Comfort: de lattenbodem van het stapelbed was stuk (er ontbraken latten) waardoor je doorzakte door het gebrek aan ondersteuning. De kamers beneden (3) hadden weinig tot geen daglicht. Ter info: er zijn maar 6 keukenstoelen, terwijl het huisje voor 10 personen is.
