Amazing, friendly and helpful staff with immaculate apartment. Pool was lovely and clean as well as great pool bar. Great facilities in the room!

This is a fairly unique place to my knowledge in Porto if you want to be near the centre of Porto but you also want to chill out by the pool after your exploring….. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There is also a nice little pool bar serving cold drinks and snacks …. The prices were really reasonable and the bar man is a really nice guy. Lovely relaxed environment by the pool with music….

The staff did their best with the hot tub but on times the water wasn’t very clean… Owning a hot tub myself I understand how difficult it must have been to keep the water perfect…. The concept doesn’t work of a shared hot tub with people getting in and out with sun cream on all day in the hot months …. It’s probably a really good idea for any season except the summer …. The only thing I could think of in the summer months is to put a sign up telling people to use the outside shower before entering….

Loved the interior, lovely vibe and spacious with lots of storage. The location was good and could walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The staff were unhelpful and un- accommodating , for example they wanted to clean our room at 5pm on the 2nd day in to our stay. We were told we had to vacate the room, but because we were getting ready for a meal out we couldn’t leave at that time. This resulted in the room not getting cleaned for our whole stay, they said there was not another time they could do it. None of the receptionist said good morning or hello when you came in and out of the property. They didn’t make us aware there was restricted times that the pool area was open and we got told off for using the sun loungers too early. (Again this wasn’t handled in a friendly way) we saw other guests throughout our stay use the pool out of hours.
