Oporto Maison Anselmo

Location was superb , lovely walk down to the centre of the city . Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a couple of nights at the end of our holiday Communications with the property were great Would def recommend & have a return visit to this property.

Oporto Maison Anselmo was the highlight of our stay. The accommodation is clean, modern and very comfortable. The rooms felt spacious and very functional. The breakfast was tasty and very fresh. The pool area was clean and private. We loved spending time outside there. The communication was top class. Every request we had was met with the best customer service. Ana at reception deserves a special mention for making us feel welcome and taking the time to help us plan our time in Porto.

Decent but repetitive breakfast

Loved the interior, lovely vibe and spacious with lots of storage. The location was good and could walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The staff were unhelpful and un- accommodating , for example they wanted to clean our room at 5pm on the 2nd day in to our stay. We were told we had to vacate the room, but because we were getting ready for a meal out we couldn’t leave at that time. This resulted in the room not getting cleaned for our whole stay, they said there was not another time they could do it. None of the receptionist said good morning or hello when you came in and out of the property. They didn’t make us aware there was restricted times that the pool area was open and we got told off for using the sun loungers too early. (Again this wasn’t handled in a friendly way) we saw other guests throughout our stay use the pool out of hours.
