The apartment is well decorated, with two nice rooms and a nice area. The jacuzzi is nice.
Overall experience was very good. Everyone was super friendly.
In the jacuzzi area, improved privacy would be appreciated, as the current curtains do not fully cover the space. Neighbours from the upstairs balcony can see into the area, which reduces the sense of privacy. Addressing this would be a great improvement and make the experience a 10/10.

Excellent aparthotel in a great location - we stayed as a family of 2 adults and 1 baby. 15-20 mins walk to the main attractions in Porto. Apartment was really spacious with all the facilities we needed. Nicely decorated and really clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Loved the interior, lovely vibe and spacious with lots of storage. The location was good and could walk to everywhere we wanted to go.
The staff were unhelpful and un- accommodating , for example they wanted to clean our room at 5pm on the 2nd day in to our stay. We were told we had to vacate the room, but because we were getting ready for a meal out we couldn’t leave at that time. This resulted in the room not getting cleaned for our whole stay, they said there was not another time they could do it. None of the receptionist said good morning or hello when you came in and out of the property. They didn’t make us aware there was restricted times that the pool area was open and we got told off for using the sun loungers too early. (Again this wasn’t handled in a friendly way) we saw other guests throughout our stay use the pool out of hours.
