De locatie is prima, gelegen in een iets minder drukke omgeving. Het is een mooi appartement met een potentieel hele fijne buitenruimte, en ook de douche is erg leuk.
Wat echt beter kan is de hygiëne; met name het bad was niet echt schoon. Daarnaast waren er wat kleine stoorpunten: de lamp bij het bad deed het niet, op het balkon ligt kaal beton zonder ligstoelen, de plastic matrasbeschermer slaapt niet prettig en er was maar koffie voor 3 dagen in plaats van 4.
