Excellent location, close to metro and city center, also quiet at night for a good sleep. Comfortable bed and fully equipped apartment with a cozy feel. Very friendly and welcoming staff giving great tips on what to see in Porto.

Location was amazing. Cleanliness was excellent. entry and communication with host first class.

No air con , however the large fans did there job well in the apartment.

Location close to two metro stations was ideal yet in the end we found it more interesting to walk rather than use transport. Continente supermarket down the road plus the road offered a great choice of bars and restaurants. Good Wifi and choice of tv stations. Staff member Barbara was friendly and extremely helpful in getting staff in to clean the apartment and repair the doors

I've never walked into an apartment that had clouds of spider web in the fan light windows and doors. The kitchen was dust dirty, counters hadn't been wiped, so we washed the cutlery, crockery, pots n pans. No beer or wine glasses only a few of the most rediculous little not much bigger than a small coffee cup being available. We asked for replacements but sadly never heard from management again. The street facing doors did not close properly so little sleep for the first night. Barbara thankfully had them serviced. Dangerously boiling hot geyser temperature, needs to be turned down as the pressure release valve has a continuous drip, irritating when trying to sleep
