Location was good, nice and clean and quiet. Spacious enough for a few nights. Good air con.
The checking process was very arduous and we didn’t get a link automatically for the registration process. We stayed for 3 nights and they didn’t supply enough toilet paper and were stingy on the tea bags and coffee pods. The fridge wasn’t very cold and there was no way to change the temperature.

Good sized apartment and well equipped. We are a family of 5 and we had ample room. Our 3 small children shared the bunk beds while we had our own separate bedroom. There was also a sofa bed in the lounge. Kitchenette was compact but well equipped for short stays. Location was ideal for us as we arrived by car. There was always somewhere to park on the street close to the apartment. The parking is paid parking from 9am-7pm but its not too expensive. After 7pm on weekdays it is free and weekends also. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Porto, but it's a nice walk and gives you opportunity to explore a few more hidden areas.
Online check in takes a while, especially for a family of 5, as they require so much information for every person that will stay.
The apartment was tidy, but not very clean. We found hairs in the bed and the floors were very dusty.

Spacious enough for the price. Nice beds, kitchen, bathroom. You can text the staff your problems and they respond quickly and nicely. However there's bad communication between them and cleaning/reperation staff. We had a problem with the electricity and spend the whole day worrying that we would come home to no electricity because they couldn't give us updates. We came home and it was fixed! (Who knows for how many hours already...)
They don't clean during your stay. When we arrived everything was clean, but there was no toilet paper? We recieved 2 rolls quickly after asking (nice). We asked after 3 days if we could get more, and maybe another garbage bag, and the answer was: buy it yourself.
