The room was very nice, the host accommodated us very late after a catastrophe that had us book super late, we were grateful. The terrasse outside was a dream. Flowers everywhere, calm, little cats squatting with us, which I fed happily everyday I was there. The host left Porto for the guests (we didn't use it, but it was there), and even accessories like cotton pads and Q-Tips. The whole thing was very clean and comfortable, it was very well situated.
That bathroom had a full length, floor to ceiling WINDOW in the bathroom mind you. LOL. I didn't know, saw some light behind the curtain because I was curious and it gave right into the entryway staircase. Do not do that please lol. There was a curtain, it was fine, but yeah, I was surprised.

Near the city center but not on the best road. I am not sure if the road was very secure at night. Facilities were good.
Not so clean especially the bathroom.

The room was beautiful, had all the necessary ammenities, we were even able to cook a few breakfasts! Minu fridge and unduction stove top were very handy. Had a microwave as well tho we didnt use it. Also loved the backyard patio with kitty friends!
The shower had a leakage, the toilet had low water and the property is on a street with multiple brothels (tho truthfully we found more entertainment from that, they did not cause any issues whatsoever)

Having arrived early in the day in Porto we were grateful for the opportunity to check in before the usual time. The accommodation was spacious and the bed comfortable.
We also really enjoyed the port that was left as a gift.
We didn’t meet the hosts but communication was good.
As others have mentioned; there is a brothel opposite the property. Not a real problem as such, but we found the road to be noisy with people and traffic.
