Excellent fully equipped apartment with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed.
There is also bed for baby.
Small fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, magic wand, electric coffee maker and all basic cooking utensils.
It has washing machine and dryer.
It has air conditioning for convenience.
Complete bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Internet with free Wi-Fi and TV with various national and international channels. Perfect for couples, with or without children, and double or triple friends.
It has a balcony to the outside, where you can enjoy the city movement.
It has everything to provide a very comfortable stay.
The city of Oporto requires the payment of a municipal tax, called Tourist Tax. The price is € 2.00 per person per night, there is a maximum payment limit of 7 nights per person, and children up to the age of 13 do not pay a fee. This fee will be charged to the apartment on the date of entry.

For a small apartment, this place is very well equipped. It is clean and efficient and very liveable for either two people for a shorter visit or one person for a longer visit. I stayed here for a month and if I come back to Porto on a trip it is likely I will stay here again if I can. The location is perfect in my opinion. Close enough to walk to most of the major sites in Porto but tucked away so it is quiet at night. There are a ton of cafes, a tiny market, a couple if bakeries, and easily accessible recycling on the same block. Less than a kilometer from the downtown, you can see so much of what makes Porto a bustling and inviting city.
Maria is a lively host, she will help you with places to go, delicious food to try, and even a taxi service if you need it. She gave me a map of the area and marked a few restaurants to try and she was right about the food!
One thing to note is that you will need cash for your utilities. It's good to have cash in Portugal anyway because some of the best tiny places do not accept cards. If you are like me and you want to go where the Portuguese go then you will wind up in tiny cafes where noone speaks your language (English for me). Learn a few words of Portuguese and do it, you will not be disappointed.
I highly recommend this sweet little apartment!

L'appartement correspondant exactement aux photos. Maria, la propriétaire a le sens de l'accueil (bouteille d'eau, de vin et des fruits, etc...). Elle met tout en oeuvre pour que nous puissions passer un agréable séjour. Ce qui a été le cas.
L'appartement est idéalement situé. Pas besoin de voiture.
