Clean and accessible

The location was perfect for us, the flat is very spacious and great for a larger group so you don't feel crammed. The beds were excellent in comfort, being king size (large double) it provided restful nights. The sofa bed does the job but I've had comfier ones. The decor was pleasant, functional and welcoming, the check in team was friendly, efficient and always available.

The property continues to suffer problems of humidity and water damage, the smell of mould is permanent. For those who suffer from respiratory problems I would definitely avoid. The front door opens to lounge and those sleeping in sofa bed will not have privacy, a screen/film would be the bare minimum, or even a blind to prevent early morning light. The showers are spacious but suffer with water pressure, they do the job but don't be fooled by the spec pics. The kitchen had missing equipment: no base/cable for kettle, no bottle opener or a corkscrew. The cleaning was poor, regardless of humidity issues, the toilet doors were not cleaned (pocket doors so easily ignored by cleaning team), I also detected mould inside wardrobe doors. please change the toilet brushes - basic steps that could improve your hygiene rating.
