It was easy to get the keys. Hosts were proactive replying to queries and sorted an early morning taxi to the airport,

Clear instructions for collecting keys and leaving at the end. Well placed in a nice neighbourhood near restaurants. Fab coffee shop next door. Very good facilities including a kettle and lovely big bathroom with a good shower.
The single bed was very soft which didn't work well for us (although some people may like that) and the furniture is strangely laid out with the double bed in the middle of the open plan space. The bottom sheet on the double bed was ripped as it was too small. Little things but made it feel less special.

Great location, nicely appointed and remodeled. Host was responsive for an early check-in, and quick when I complained about the critter. Exactly as shown in the photos. Great price.
Heard a critter on the second day. The host was quick to come over, he was not able to find any sign of it, he disagreed with me. I felt uncomfortable sleeping there for the next 2 nights, so I went to a hotel. I have audio of the scuttling noises. He would not refund me for the 2 nights I would not stay.
