Great location, very clean, facilities.
Check in from 4pm bit inconvenient but place was worth it

Great location and spacious rooms.
Two bathrooms with showers and shower gel and shampoo included.
A big kitchen with most things including pots and pans, mugs, plates, cutlery, etc.
(Coffee machine from photos is not included.)
Very friendly owner.
Comfortable beds with very pleasant smelling bedding.
Fan and heaters available in the room.
There were used condoms and cigarette butts outside the window. The headboard on both beds were peeling off. The room facing the street was incredibly noisy and all rooms' walls were thin so you could hear all coughs, music, etc.
The heating element in one of the bathrooms was leaking.

Place was spotless n very confortable
The outside street noise was bad
First night could hardly get any sleep
Property is right next to traffic lights and all sort of traffic either idles or speeds through - that and people talking loudly outside was bad
I was in room w street view so just above street
Pity cause place was very clean and confortable with great location
