- Location is very close to Berchtesgaden centre if you are traveling by car - Clean and very welcoming environment

- Noisy during early morning as rooms are cleaned at 7am and breakfast ends at 9.30. Therefore not the best option if you're not an early riser. Room was not cleaned one time as we left the room at 9.30. - No kettle or soap in room

great Bavarian style stay

Very nice place kept in Bavarian style. We have quite big room with beautiful mountain view. Place is very clean, run by the helpful family. No problem to check in non standard hours. Great location to explore all atraction. In the villege some shops and restaurants reacheble on foot.

Wi-fi worked in the room so so. Breakfests were good, but could be a bit more varied.

The moment i entered the building, it felt like home. Can´t say more, I LOVED EVERYTHING! Great Location, Great friendly Staff, VERY sparkling clean, COZY like your real HOME!

Uns hat es im Landhaus super gefallen, es war sehr gemütlich. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und umsorgt. Beim Frühstück konnten wir Wünsche äußern, die auch glatt erfüllt wurden. Es war rundum eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Alles war sehr sauber. Parkplätze vor der Tür! GANZ LIEBEN DANK Wir werden das Landhaus weiterempfehlen!

Die Lage war sehr gut und ruhig! Der Hausherr war sehr freundlich.! Es war alles ordentlich und sauber! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen!

Freundlich, gemütlich, preiswert

Die Pension liegt sehr günstig. Es gibt in der Nähe mehrere Essensmöglichkeiten, die auch ohne Auto gut erreichbar sind. Am Königssee ist man zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen ausreichend groß. Die Relax-Sessel sind optimal, und vor allem falls das Wetter schlecht ist. An der Sauberkeit gibt es gar nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstück wird an den Tisch gebracht und die Atmosphere ist häuslich, nicht wie in einem Hotel. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sauna ist geräumig und sauber. Die Möglichkeit, die Sauna privat zu nutzen, fanden wir sehr gut. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die kleine Teeküche für die Gäste. Für einen geringen Betrag kann man dort Getränke oder Kaffee holen. Wir haben dort für uns große schöne Teetassen geholt. Es ist zwar eine Kleinigkeit, aber war für unsere gemütlichen Abende wichtig. Trotz ein paar kleinen Kritik-Punkten würden wir gern wieder kommen.
