Nice place to stay for 2 people, short stay.

Great for 2 people. Lovely big windows and view of mountain. Clean.

Old TV, not comfortable on sofa beds, especially the little one next to dishwasher in kitchenette (bed uneven). Expensive. Misleading as it advertises a seperate bedroom but all in together.

Good location but the bed was very uncomfortable

The bed was very bad. It was not comfortable at all, it was way too spongy. I would say everything else was still okay but the purpose of staying for the night is to get a good night of rest and sleep. So i would ask the management to change the bed and mattress to something comfortable for future customers. Apart from that the rest is good

Excellent location and lovely views.

The location was perfect—Königssee and Jennerbahn were within walking distance, as well as a bus stop, grocery store, and pharmacy. The view from the property was beautiful, and self check-in was smooth and convenient. The room was clean overall, but the carpet could use a deeper vacuuming. I walked barefoot and noticed some soil-like particles and animal fur. The kitchenette was fully equipped, which was very practical. I had expected hotel slippers and an oral hygiene kit, but these weren’t provided—perhaps that’s not typical in this area. It wasn’t a major issue, just something to be aware of.

Hospitality because there was no person to ask for anything. We got replies from booking.com or whatsapp. Whatsapp replies were also very late. I don't want to make it worse. It was enough.

We loved Konigssee, and this was a perfect place to make our home base. We would love to stay here again

Great location, absolutely gorgeous views from the windows, and ideally situated for walking to everything in Schönau am Konigssee. So nice to find a place that can fit a family of six! And a lovely garden for us to be in too.

Because the shower was the type that shares the floor with the rest of the bathroom, water tended to get all over the bathroom floor and stay there. Not a great design... but you can work with it!

Would not recommend

Close to many sites.

Host was unable to speak or understand native language or English. Actually when approached the first time she walked away. Also, they didn’t answer any texts on WhatsApp even though it stated that host could be reached. The apartment was too small for 4 people.

Very nice location, close to lake. Room needs renovation

Location is the best. Room has nice balcony from which you can enjoy really nice view. Free parking. Lot of parking space available. Very close to the lake you can even walk from here. Easy check in option. Very safe.

Room is small. Bed condition is not so good. It makes lot of noise. May be it is broken. Very old fashioned bathroom. No dinking water in room.

Beautiful & comfortable place with an outstanding location.

The room was comfortable and the balcony looked onto the mountains - it was gorgeous. The room had two wardrobes and the bathroom was nice too. The location was out of the center but close to everything.

The bed and the bathroom were very close and the coffee wasn’t really very good.

Excellent hotel with an amazing view in the perfect location.

Excellent location close to Königssee and Berchtesgaden with an amazing view from the room. Hotel personnel were responsive and the room was clean and ready for us upon arrival.

We had some very noisy neighbors making noise well past quiet hours and we could have used some more trash bags, but other than that, all was great.

Great room, needs better Wifi firewall.

The room was clean spacious and had a balcony with a gorgeous view. The kitchenette was clean and fully stocked with all the plates, pans and pots needed to make just about anything.

The Wifi had the oddest firewall. It blocked several websites for tourist attractions in the area as well as the ports needed for VPN and SSH, forcing me to try and use my phone's 4G to connect to work computers or just book tickets for local attractions.

Everything was nice and smooth. The view from the balcony looks directly at Jenner mountain and Jennerbahn. Super magnificent view. Equipments are available as in pictures. They provide cups, plates, knives, chopping boards of all purposes, e.g. cups for tea/coffee/water.

The blanket smells. They have new covets and sheets, but the blanket inside smells. And I don’t know what material the blanket is made of, but it makes a lot of noise when you flip and turn at night. Anw, it’s a small thing to me

In our appartment the bathroom was accessible only through master bedroom. Very few ustensils in the kitchen (only absolute basics).

Very cozy and beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and kitchen filled with everything you need. Also the view from the window is just gorgeous. Besides that, the road from the hotel to the lake Königssee on foot takes 7 minutes
