Beautiful quiet location. Everything you need for a stay. Hosts were quick to respond when I contacted them. Couldn't fault it and will book again.

Excellent location and nice clean, comfortable lodge. Kitchenette had everything we wanted. Bed was comfortable.

It wasn't at all clear from the information provided that this lodge had no hot tub. There are only two lodges without, although you wouldn't realise from the photos and reviews, I had even checked the 'facilities' listings, and under 'additional' it listed hot tub and robes. I think it should be made much clearer that not all lodges have them. If you failed to read all the visitor information, you might also accidentally switch off the fridge (as we did). The switch on the wall was labelled 'hob' and the only info that it also controlled the fridge was in the sheet of visitor info which I hadn't read at that point. It might be an idea to put that information on to the switch on the wall as well as in the 'small print?'

The location was fantastic, and the setting was lovely and peaceful.

I think if they provided maybe a couple more loo rolls that would have been appreciated, and maybe some biscuits, and some fresh milk is also nice to receive in any self catering accommodation, especially when they expect you to strip your bed before leaving, just those little extra touches go along way!
