This house is an excellent home away from home, full of every creature comfort. It is tastefully decorated; the beds are very comfortable and there's lots of hot water (best shower ever). Lyn has a lovely welcome package and there's an amazing box full of local information - I didn't need it, but it looked to have everything you might want. There are two lounges with TVs, DVDs and sweeties in every room. What more could you need :) We had a minor technical issue and Lyn was there immediately to resolve it. I had better not say too much otherwise everyone will book it out and I won't be able to stay again - which I definitely will.

A very well equipped, spacious property in a quiet street but only minutes walk to the town centre. The house was spotlessly clean with many added extras and special touches to make for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is a great base to explore this glorious part of Scotland.

The cottage was very pretty and well stocked with supplies and had everything you might need. It was in a central location and near cafes and a short walk to the Tolbooth and harbour. The beds were very comfortable and it was warm and cosy. There was an enclosed yard out the back which was great for the dog too.
There was nothing negative for us at all. We do not have mobility issues however some elderly people may find the steep stairs difficult. My elderly small dog could only do two flights at a time and we had to carry her but it wasn't an issue.
