Comfortable and clean and welcoming.

The location was ideal for the front at Bispham. Plenty of transport links and local shops and a Salisbury around the corner. The property was very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would need.

This stay was the end of the season at the property and has to be taken into account. There were places inside that needed a little attention and the garden needed weeding at the front and side.

Dangerous step in living room area. Need tape on the marble tiles on the top. Damp smell in kitchen cupboards. Two showers upstairs not working properly. Nails on decking outside. Untidy garden and appearance not like pictures

Great location!

We loved the location in relation to the beach, trams, takeaways and the supermarket. Moved the car once which meant that we walked everywhere and everything was within easy distance

This is not a criticism - just an observation. Someone entered the garden area whilst we were at the property to put the bins/recycling out but we were unaware that this was going to happen. Our dog is very nervous and anxious and, luckily, we were able to stop him from going out into the garden when he heard the gate. Most dogs are friendly enough but ours needs some significant training and time (rescue dog) before he can mix with people. We would have been happy to put stuff on the pavement if we'd had the info

Excellent base for a group stay in the area

Really good location (a few minutes walk to local shops and bars and also the trams) and the house is clean and well arranged. Very simple check in makes the stay a pleasure too.

Convenient property near the Bispham seafront

It was great to have two bathrooms. The heating was efficient and proved necessary when the damp, wet spell set in. It is really close to the front and Bispham tram station.

There is an odd small step up to the dining nook that is a bit dangerous. The dining area is extremely tight, and it was a bit of an issue even for just four of us to fit in. The paved area in front was neglected, and this possibly reflects the fact that the property is for sale. We found it odd that the large plates did not fit into the dishwasher.

Enjoyable family trip

Excellent communication from the host, good location and house is spacious. There were plenty of supplies for us to use for the duration of our stay and instructions helped. Beds upstairs are comfortable, the washer and dryer are a bonus. Thank you and yes we would consider returning.

There was an unpleasant smell as we walked into the property (however, as we were out for most of the days, it didn't really affect us until we got back). Maybe have an auto air freshener or scent diffusers to help. Sofa and carpets could do with replacing or a deep clean and downstairs bedroom mattress wasn't that comfortable (could feel the springs). We want to stress that this is no reflection on the host and purely what we feel could be done to improve the stay, hence why we've given 8/10, if these minor things were addressed would definitely give a 10.

Lovely, comfortable propery.

The facilities in the house were excellent and the house was very modern, with plenty of space for storage and organising your items.

The house could have been cleaner, especially the patio windows. The upstairs bathroom shower tiles need some attention, the sealent was black, as was the sealent in the downstairs bedroom window. The urgent part of the house that needs addressing is the small step from the dining room to the living room. Going up the step is fine, there is hazard tape, however when you come down the step, the tiled floor appears level due to the tiles being the same, and all 3 guests had accidents several times when walkinh into the living room. The garden needs some attention so that it matches the photographs, which are cleverly taken to make the property look much bigger than it is, and there are items in the photos that are not present at the house. I must point out that I am a perfectionist and that these are all very quick fixes that would rate the house at least 9/10. We had a lovely stay and would like to return.

Perfect stay.

This is a real proper 'home from home'. You can see as soon as you walk in that there has been a LOT of money spent on this place to make it look so nice. Everything about it was perfect. Everything has been thought through and cared for and there's even a complimentary couple of optics with Whisky & Rum if you fancy a tipple. The location is perfect and within walking distance of Bispham tram stop which takes you right into the middle of Blackpool. We will definitely return here.

Perfect holiday home

House was perfect and had everything we needed for a long weekend in Blackpool. There were 3 bedrooms, all with keylocks on the doors should we of needed them. The house was easy access into Blackpool on the bus and tram and there was a taxi base less than a minutes walk. Lots of places to eat nearby and a small amusement arcade within very short walking distance. The host was fantastic with great communication prior to our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Host was at hand to solve any issues, overall it was a good stay and would return.

Cleaning could have been better especially in the kitchen area - (top edge of cupboards just need to be cleaned where crumbs and grime gather) Written Instructions for the appliances would have helped however the host sent details when asked. Property was cold when we arrived however warmed up by the end of the first day once thermostat was switched on.

The kitchen very well stocked with all the little bits that you don't want to bring from home like washing up liquid and tea/ coffee just make everything so much better.

Great family accommodation

The location was great, 2 minutes from shops, sea front and tram stop. The house was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, nice modern deco, it was very homely and welcoming. Owner was fab, nothing too much trouble and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine waiting for us on our arrival.

There was nothing we didn't like, it exceeded our expectations.

House was comfortable and had all the basics needed for our stay. Welcome pack of wine, soft drinks and confectionery was a nice thought. Location excellent for tram, taxi etc to get into Blackpool and fleetwood

Beds and pillows could have been a little more comfortable as two of our party didn’t really get any good nights sleep. On the morning of our departure (we had to leave by 9 to get to the airport in time for our flight back home) half of the house had no electricity and there was no hot water therefore we had to have cold water showers. Only area that seemed to work was the kitchen although lack of electricity meant the hob didn’t work and there was no hot water to wash dishes etc so unsure if problem was timer-related issue

Location was very convenient, Quiet area apart from a very early bin collection one day.

Furniture missing in lounge from photos on booking.com, could have done with another chair/sofa/bean bag (as shown) Kitchen could have done with a deep clean.
