Great little apartment right on the bay of Kotor. With amenities close by and an easy 5km bike ride to Kotor Old Town. The apartment is spacious, together with a private garden area to sit in. Jasna and Jorge are lovely hosts.
Notes for other guests, not complaints:
Suggest if paying by bank transfer to ask for banking details well in advance of arrival given international can take a few days to process.
If you prefer arms length engagement with property hosts, this property may not be for you as the apartment is at the back of the hosts home.

Location opposite the water, privacy, views, lovely George and his wife!
The kitchen and bathroom were old fashioned and not so nice. We could hear the owner’s TV quite loudly at night 😵💫

Nice little apartment in Prĉanj, close to the quaint and lively town of Kotor. Spotlessly clean. The kitchen is rather small but ok to prepare breakfast or a light lunch. We did not cook as there are enough nice restaurants closeby. Jasna and Djordje are lovely people concerned about your wellbeing. The private garden across the street at the sea is an absolute plus!

Proximity to coastline was excellent and hosts were very likeable. The hosts are lovely and lovely ve just up stairs.
The bathroom and kitchen facilities are quite dated and for the current rating of the property we would have expected a modern bathroom and kitchen kit eg microwave/ oven grill. Similarly the cooking kit and crockery were miss-matched and dated. Both kitchen and bathroom were not inviting. Just a little investment in upgrades would make this live up to its current rating.
