About this house rental
Little sweet house was built in 1962., as the first vacation house in Prcanj. It was renovated in 2007 in antiquated style with wood and stone. The house is situated in the historic Bay-side village of Prcanj, with the distance from the other houses. The house offers beautiful bay and mountain view, as well on Kotor old town, and it is located 100 m altitude. It has two terraces, one is part of the ground floor. It has good cover from rain, a barbecue, dining table and deck chairs for relaxation. The terrace on the first floor has the sunshine almost the whole day and offers stunning view on the boats which are sailing through Kotor bay. It also has the stone table and deck chairs which can be used for relaxed, quiet nights moments. Welcome dinner by owners included in the price.

The property is very good. Kitchen with all appliances and cutlery, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and a large terrace with great view over the bay and passing cruise ships. Todd for taking sun too. Car park is substantial. There is a free small pebble beach within 5 min walk from the property and a few other beaches in the area. Food in supermarkets is great and inexpensive. There is a small cafe very close with terrace on the sea shore. There are more restaurants in the village. The village is stretched along the shore and the road is narrow in some places - don’t take a large car. Landlords are great, very friendly and always ready to help. Don’t hesitate to book and have a fantastic holiday. We will come again. Family of three

Vacances excellentes dans un coin charmant à 100 m de la mer transparente et à 10 min.de Kotor. La maison très bien équipée et les propriétaires charmant et de 1er ordre, nous ont laissé un souvenir impérissable. Un contact excellent et des conseils judicieux nous ont été offert par le maître des lieux, visites, restaurations, achats, baignades, etc., etc. Allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus
bonne nourriture, bons vins, belles visites, que demander de plus.

Nous venons juste de revenir du Monténegro et quel plaisir. La maison est très bien située, il suffit de descendre un petit chemin pour être dans le fjord et donc à la plage.C'est un endroit très paisible mais à proximité de commmodités ( bar, restaurants, épiceries) qui rend la séjour vraiment relaxant. Nous avons été enchantés ma femme, mon fils et moi par cet endroit encore si authentique. Concernant la maison, elle est très équipée et décorée avec goût... mais nous n'oublierons pas notre rencontre avec les propriétaires, personnes serviables, amicales et accueillantes qui ont été de très bons conseils pour notre escapade au Monténégro.
