It is an old-fashioned cottage but contains everything you need. It is as you have seen in the photos, and the view and terrace are breathtaking. The sea/beaches are around 1.5 -2 km from the cottage by car. The host is responsive, helpful and also responsible. My neighbours were noisy, but landlord showed responsibility and contacted the neighbour's landlord. Moreover, he kept checking if the noise problem had disappeared (Yes they stopped partying). He helped with a few other requests and answered all my questions. The property owner is key person during your stay in Montenegro. If you are not looking for luxury but a cottage by the river and want to jump from the terrace to the river, this accommodation is a good place.

This little home is situated right on the water, so you get to see all kinds of wildlife around. The steps off the deck lead to the river Bojana, water is cold and impeccably clean, so having a swim is memorable. Wonderful seating area outside on the deck gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your time. Full kitchen and air conditioning add to the comfort. Park your car right behind the house. The hosts are wonderful and willing to help with anything you need.

The host gave us good instructions on how to arrive to the apartment and his messages were friendly. They also helped us solve the noice problem by giving us courage to go and ask the neighbours to put the music down. We didn’t see them during our stay. The location and view are superb.

We didn’t really enjoy the stay. The whole flat was very dirty, sand and dirt got stuck on our feet from the floor, there was tons of dust on top of the rice paper shades and tens of spiders on their nets and ants and a plant pushing inside from the kitchen wall. When we went to bed we noticed that there were spider nets with mama and baby spiders just in front of both of our faces. It wasn’t the best of feeling to go to sleep with about 20 spiders next to your face. We were only left one bath towel and one hand towel although there was two of us. I don’t easily complain about dirt but this was a bit too much. The host did not make the tourist registration for us even though booking page says that there will be a charge for it. This gives the guest the idea that the host would take care of this as they are also legally obliged to. The host also didn’t mention the whole thing before we brought it up ourselves. We didn’t pay the host the charge but had to stress about this and go to the tourist office to do this on our own. The guy at the tourist office scammed us and although we only lost about 8 euros, the whole thing just left a really bad taste. The flat isn’t like in the pictures and as described. The kitchen only has a tiny tiny kettle which is not suitable for cooking (more for making a cup of tea). There was only one stovetop that worked. There were no bowls for yogurt etc. The outdoor area didn’t have the hammock or white hanging chairs. And I guess I was stupid to imagine that those flowers might also be there. Also, just a short mention about the noice. We were here on a weekend and it’s definitely a party place (the whole area). So if you’re looking for peace and quiet then look somewhere else.
