Excellent place

We were greeted by the owners with coffee and drinks upon arrival and they even helped us bring the bags to the second floor. The suite we have booked was very spacious and clean. There is enough parking for all guests. It is situated in a quiet street, with easy and quick access to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Overall very satisfied and if we decide to return we will book this place again. The owners are very polite and helful and will offer anything you need.

If you're searching for a place near a lovely beach for a fair price, this is it!

The owners were super friendly from the start, very pleasant and offered their help with everything we needed. Both of them were always there at the accomodation making sure everyone were happy with their stay.

The only thing we didn't like was Donji Štoj itself, not many things to do to be honest, doesn't have a lot to offer either. But luckily we only stayed there for Ada Bojana and Velika Plaža so didn't spend much time in Štoj itself.

Excellent hosts, very hospitable , well designed apartment equipped with all amenities you need, location in the close proximity to the local town centre, the long beach (Velika Plaza) available in walking distance (approx. 20 min.), excellent quality to price ratio

hospitality, private parking, close to the shops, bakery, ATM around the corner, side street that is quiet at night. the owners are at the location and always there if you need something.

The room is meant for 3 guest, so there are 3 beds and therefore not a lot of free place to walk or move around - little bit packed if you are only two.

I liked absolutely everything- from the minute we arrived owners were so welcoming, and ready to assist to make our stay in Ulcinj just perfect; apartments were clean, spacious and comfortable; location of apartments is central, so shops and restaurants is just around the corner; beach is also nearby...we are so happy that we fount Šejla apartmants, and we promise we are coming back soon.

Buona posizione, spiaggia bella

Spiaggia di sabbia con docce (raggiunta una volta a piedi una volta in macchina). Camera grande e pulita, proprietari simpatici, la nostra lingua franca è stato il tedesco.

Il black out troppo lungo della prima quindi notte senza ac ne doccia (a parte di quella su spiaggia). La seconda notte I proprietari hanno fatto andare prima i loro generatori ma il black out in sé si era risolto prima.

Super prijazna in ustrežljiva gostitelja. Lokacija je dobra. Vse plaže, restavracije in trgovine so precej blizu. Na našem potovanju po Črni gori smo se tu ustavili za dve noči. Ti dve sta bili zaradi odlično delujoče klime in rolet/komarnikov na oknih mirni in smo se lepo spočili (kljub vročinskemu valu).

Очень гостеприимные хозяева, балканские немцы, говорят на немецком, сербско-хорватском, немного по-русски, угостили кофе и напитками при размещении, всегда были любезны и готовы помочь. В номере все функционирует. Мини-плита и раковина и холодильник - все в чистом и прекрасном состоянии. Электрочайник в распоряжении. Посуды и столовой, и кухонной более чем достаточно. В ванной душ и слив в полу, не отделен бортиком и нет занавески. Но есть супер-швабра для уборки воды после душа - лишней влажности не было. Расположение удачное, 100 м от магазинов и ресторанов. Велика Плажа через атодорогу и идти пешком не меньше 1 км. К Royal Beach возит шаттл на базе ГАЗ-24. Но это стандартное расположение для всех апартаментов в этом районе относительно пляжа. Апартаменты искренне рекомендую. Можно с питомцами и семьей детьми. Все чисто, комфортно и не шумно, есть парковка.

К сожалению за 5 дней пребывания ни разу не было уборки в номере. Мусор мы выносили сами. Но пылесос бы не помешал ежедневно, так как рядом песчаный пляж. Возможно, об этом следовало бы попросить. Я как-то упустила из виду, моя ошибка.
