Delfini Holiday Homes – A Pleasant Stay with Minor Improvements Needed

Overall, our stay at Delfini Holiday Homes near Ulcinj was good. The property is located in a peaceful area, which we really appreciated. The yard is beautiful, with well-maintained green grass and plenty of shade, making it a lovely place to relax. The host deserves special mention—they were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay more comfortable.

However, we did have a few minor complaints: - The kitchen was equipped with all necessary utensils, including a kettle, but there was a lot of limescale buildup. - The bed linens and towels could have been changed at least once during our six-night stay. All in all, it was a decent stay, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better.

Delfini is quite good!!!

The apartment is cosy and big, it is light, and the view is beautiful. Our room was on the second floor. The sea is 5 min by car, it is better to drive, than walk. The parking near the beach is free of charge. The beach is wide and there are a lot of places with sand or stones acc to what you like more😊 We travelled with the small dog, he was really welcome😊 Sunset was amazing🤗 Highly recommended for the family holidays🤗 There is a vast green field for playing any games.

Exceptional

Excellent place for a family and friends getaway. It is incredibly peaceful, with a vast meadow surrounding the hotel, where you can play ball games or simply relax. From the backyard, there's a view of Solana, and if you have binoculars, you can spot some birds. Inside the rooms, everything was clean and quite cozy. The beach is close by and reachable on foot, but it's even better to go by car. There's also a bakery nearby for snacks. The hosts were welcoming and hospitable, making the stay even more enjoyable.

I missed having a kettle in the room; boiling water with a Turkish pot takes quite a long time. Also, it would be great to have a large canopy on the meadow with benches or chairs to sit in the shade because the sun can be scorching.

Real oasis in whole area. For money given it is more that 10. With some refreshing job inside, sure it would be much higher value.

Some small isues, like very slow water heater and dirty air conditioner (not used), are realy nothing. In relation "value", it is minor issues. Only real issue was young couple next door, they were non-stop on loud phone/speakerphone conversation, even very late at night.

The apartment house is surrounded by a beautiful, large, green area, there are no buildings in the neighborhood, so it is quiet. The main road is approx. 5 minutes walk where there are several bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. From the main road approx. 15 minutes walk to the sandy beach. The air conditioning and wi-fi work perfectly. The room and the terrace are of a comfortable size. Cleanliness was good. It is not typical for apartment accommodations like this, to clean, change towels and bed linen during the stay, so it is very positive that the hosts pay attention for this as well. The price/value ratio is excellent.

The equipment is old: the boiler is loud and takes up space inside the shower cabin, the fridge's freezer part does not work perfectly, the bathroom shelf is broken, some of the side edges of the floor tiles are damaged, the seats of the chairs on the terrace are worn out, there is no normal blanket, the kitchen equipment is poor.

мали проблему з находженням готелю, але при контакт з володарем все вирішив. нам скинули мапу, що допомогло швидкао все знайти. Володар готелю нас очикувал і був дуже гостіприемним, усі питання були швидко вирешенни. Локація дуже тиха, віди бомбезні!!!

Отличный быстрый Wi-fi такое встречается редко.

Уютное спокойное место. Вокруг ухоженная территория, засеянная газоном. Соседние апартаменты далеко. Территория у хозяина большая. Сзади мандариновый сад и пасутся коровки. Видно озеро. Большая парковка. Места много. Чисто, хозяева живут рядом и всегда на месте.

Мне было все ок. Мужу не понравилась ванная, слишком маленькая.

Un lugar perfecto para relajarse y pasar unos días maravillosos en plena naturaleza.

Gran atención y amabilidad de los propietarios. Instalaciones limpias, amplias y con todo lo necesario. El lugar es muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza. Se encuentra cerca de la playa, 5 minutos en coche y 20 minutos andando. También muy cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. Estamos muy agradecidos por el trato recibido, hemos pasado unos días maravillosos.

Fajné ubytovanie v nádhernom prostredí s príjemným hostiteľom

Nádherné okolie, areál. Veľmi vhodné pre rodiny s deťmi. Príjemný majiteľ a jeho rodina. Ubytovanie pomer kvalita - super. Pre náročnejších to môže byť nevyhovujúce, mne to postačovalo na 4 noci.

Jediné mínus bola poloha. Ale s tým som počítal. K moru som chodil autom.

Відпочинок пройшов чудово, будинок розташований подалі від шуму дороги, багато місця, дітям було де бігати по подвірʼї , багато зелені, простору, є для дітей гойдалки. Самі апартаменти не нові, але все було дуже чисте ( що було для мене дуже важливо), нам на 5 день перебування поміняли чисту постіль, дали чисті рушники, є необхідний посуд для приготування їжі. На території є мангал та місце де можна безкоштовно посидіти і приготувати мʼясо. До моря ми їздили на авто.

Tiszta és kényelmes szállás, az üzemltető család nagyon kedves és segítőkész, bármi problémát jeleztünk, 5 percen belül jöttek és megoldották azt. Autóval szinte bárhova lehet állni, több árnyékos hely van a fák alatt. A gyerekek este kint tudnak játszani a füves területeken. Csak autóval érdemes menni a strandra ( és máshova is), de ott is ingyenes parkolás van előtte. Pékség, zöldségesek, éttermek és kisboltok a közelben. Nagyobb boltok (Idea, Voli) 5-10 percre. 9 nap tapasztalata alapján, csak ajánlani tudom.

Отличные апартаменты, тихие, зеленые, в удобном месте, как и писали путешественники выше. Бедноватое уборудование кухни с лихвой компенсируется приветливостью, услужливостью хозяев. Шикарно работал кондиционер и вай-фай. Близко магазин и кафе. Зеленые лужайки, чистые аппартаменты, удобные кровати и подушки, достаток горячей воды. Спасибо!

Малловато посуды на кухне для семьи из 5 человек, на которую расчитано жилье. До пляжа рекомендую ехать на машине, тк дорога на пляж хоть и не очень длинная, но узкая и пыльная, без обочины, много машин.
