Big Hill, Bigger Views

The apartment is very clean and comfortable with a good bed and shower. The patio and views are outstanding! Noise from the clubs near old town was not an issue and I slept great every night.

Walking the steep hill day after day is a bit tiresome. WIFI was a bit hit or miss during my stay. Acceptable for casual use, but may be a challenge for those needing to work. Overall, I would not hesitate to return.

Some of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Everything inside is spotless — and I mean spotless. The place is clearly brand new, with high‑quality furniture, modern finishes, and attention to every detail. You can see they didn’t cut corners anywhere. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need — a big fridge, microwave, plenty of dishes, even a proper sink setup if you want to cook. The living space is cozy but stylish, and the bedroom is super comfortable with fresh linens and great lighting. The terrace is the real star — a huge space with a breathtaking view over the city and the sea. There’s even a sun lounger out there, so you can just stretch out and watch the sunset. The hosts are incredibly polite and welcoming — they even left a bottle of wine as a gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything about this place feels high-end but warm at the same time. It’s the kind of apartment where you instantly feel at home but also a little spoiled. Bottom line: The cleanest, nicest, most comfortable apartment I’ve ever stayed in — with a jaw‑dropping terrace view and the kindest hosts. If you’re coming to Ulcinj, this is the place to book.

Could be pretty, but in fact just unsafe

Beautiful, exceptional sea view, spacious terasa for rest and sunbathing. Clean towels and bedroom staff. Functional kitchen. No smoke smell, which is important on Balkans. They allowed us to stay with a dog.

1) Unsafe glass in the bathroom. I assume, it was just a usual piece of glass not supposed to be used for shower cabins. Poor quality of its setup. So, my mum was injured while taking a shower: the glass was broken into small sharp pieces. So, be careful taking a shower here. 2) Paying on checkout - the host promised to return the change, but forgot. So, better prefer to pay on checking in. Now I am waiting for Booking service to reply to my complaint. 3) After the incident, the shower was not fully functional: pieces of glass were not cleaned completely from the floor. Using the shower was dangerous. The host was obliged to provide another room in such cases, however, he did not suggest neither another room, nor decreasing the cost for the second day. 4) Another point on cleaning is an empty bottle instead of promised wine for guests. Probably, left from previous guests. 5) The kettle is not switched off automatically, and needs to be monitored while working. 6) A/C is inconvenient. It uses special code to be turned off. My mum had to ask for assistance. 7) No private parking in fact, we were told to leave our car just on the road. Many hotels around do have at least a couple of their own parking places.

The apartment was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. We loved the view of the old town from the balcony. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and tips of where to visit in the area were really useful.

The room was really beautiful, it had everything you could need, we had also beatiful view over the city from balcony.

We didn't check the location properly beforehand. It is not too far from anything, you can see the sea and reach everything on foot. But the accomodation is a little on the hill, so the walk back from city centre or beach will be little difficult, but its not more than 20/25 minutes, so don't be scared

A fantastic host. The owner looked after us on our first couple of days while we were new to the area. He and his family showed us great kindness. Mr Knezevic is a genuinely lovely, caring person and a true star. A lovely, clean apartment. Quiet neighbours and a great nights sleep on comfy beds. Large apartment with plenty of space for four people. Large shaded patio with a great view over the old town and sea. Situated on a hill with 10 minute walk to the main bars, restaurants and beach. Lovely restaurant close by with great pizza -Il Galleone. Shop around the corner for water and cold beers.

Amazing apartment with astonishing view!

The hosts are wonderful. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine. The flat is very well equipped and clean. It has a wonderful view of the sea and the old town. Our room had two balconies perfect for watching the city and the sunset. The place has private parking. Definitely the best choice in Ulcinj!

Nice, comfortable appartment/studio, with kitchen nook . Very clean. Comfortable bed. Wonderful view towards Old Town from the little balcony that had afternoon sun. The host was a real oldfashioned gentleman, very helpful, hospitable and always smiling. Even took me on a sightseeing drive around Ulcinj . Though he didn't speak English, he found solutions. His motto seems to be: keine problem.🙂 Would drive you and pick you up anywhere for free, which is good since the building is on top of a very (take notice) steep hill. Going down to the beach is nothing, coming up however.... But in all; this is a place I'll definitely choose again.

Great stay

The host was wonderful, the view from our apartment was beautiful, room was spacious and clean, there are parking places around the house, and the host made sure we always had a spot. If we go back, we would surely go back to apartment Knezevic.

It is a very narrow street when coming to the apartment so be careful. To go town to the old town is very easy but coming back is not for the older or disabled.

This is the perfect place for your stay in Ulcinj. Beautiful garden around the house, sea view, free parking. The owner is very caring and available when you need something. The appartment is very comfortable. Town beach and town center are very close but you must find shortcuts via stairs. The long street with shops and restaurants is just down by the hill. You can drive to Velika Plaža/Plazha Madhe by car- 10 minutes. From Ulcinj you can make a lot of great trips: Ada Bojana, Skadar Lake, Stari Bar, Valdanos beach. Historical center of Ulcinj is very close too.

A lovely family room with a magnificent view

Miroslav is a great host with a fine taste for hospitality. He knows his job best! We enjoyed the view from the large balcony. Went with a baby and Miroslav gave us an extra electric kettle. The room features everything you need for a comfortable family holiday. We also got a baby cot/crib and were not charged for it.

There isn't a thing I could complain for.
