Nice place, helpful staff, but the access is not the easiest

It suited us for our night stay.

Signage to the property was poor. Black writing on purple background made it very hard to read. We drove past and had to reverse back down to it. There is very visible signage but it nowhere indicated Villa Oleander. Not sure anyone else was staying there so once we managed the driveway it was easy to park. Would not like to do that if there were several other cars parked. BTW we only had a mini.

We loved our time at Villa Oleander! The host was impeccable and made our stay very enjoyable. The location was amazing!

We really enjoyed the shared balcony! The atmosphere was amazing at all hours.

We didn’t like the size of our room and washroom. The balcony space was great but we wished for a bit more private space. We didn’t like getting to the parking because of the sharp turn and steep hill, but was manageable after some guidance.

We were given a bigger room than the one booked, cute balcony, hosts are amazing and very friendly, the villa is very well designed

Perfect week away in a stunningly unique location with the best hosts.

Property was absolutely spotless and very modern. Facilities were perfect, had absolutely zero complaints. The personal connection was especially great (finding local spots by giving us a lift etc). 10/10 want to come back.

Perfect place for a stay in Ulcinj!

We cannot recommend Villa Orelander enough! The villa itself is ideally located a short walk to small beach and the old town and is nearby supermarkets. It had a beautiful terrace area where you can sit and relax with views over the city. We had a wonderful breakfast on the terrace and the food was amazing. What really made our trip special was the hosts at Villa Orelander! They were very accommodating and provided great local recommendations and information on the history of the area. Definitely visit Restaurant Dulcinea if you are in Ulcinj! The hosts always offered us refreshments, including coffee and cold drinks and we felt very much at home in the Villa! We were also offered transport to and from Verandos beach and were dropped off to the bus stop when we were leaving! Thank you very much for a memorable stay and for welcoming us to the Villa!

Great hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The family room has a nice balcony, and the rooftop is perfect for taking in views of the old town—truly a highlight of the property. The owner and his family were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Even when we felt like we were asking for too much, they were always happy to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel very welcome.

The bathroom was shared with another room, but at the time we had the whole floor to ourselves so it wasn’t really a problem.

I would definitely suggest and I would go there again and again.

We stayed at Villa for 2 nights and what we liked the most was hospitality from hosts, because despite the fact that we have arrived there around 10 PM they were ready to welcome us. They were ready to help us with whatever we wanted and were just a call away. There was a safe parking space in front of the Villa. Also, the room was 10/10 or even more; huge space with separate bedroom from a comfort living room/kitchen with everything that you needed. Cleanliness, which is the most important thing for us, was on high level. I would definitely suggest and I would go there again and again.

Beautiful villa. Apartment was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Delicious breakfast on the terrace with fabulous views. Great beer and rakija! The hosts were fabulous - generous, warm and welcoming. Will definitely stay longer next time!

I really liked the location. the yard was very pleasant and the peace it gave you. The tarrace had an amazing view to enjoy breakfast or a drink in the evening vith the view of the sea.

Relaxing at Villa Oleander

We had lovely time at our vacation. Our teenage girls slept in separated room, but it felt save because we were so close. We had good discussions with hosts and they gave us good tips to places worth visiting. Nice views from rooftop balcony! Hope to visit again!! Thank you!

never have we felt so welcomed to stay at a place. the owners were so friendly and genuine happy people. they gave us one of our best travel experiences ever. we got offered some rakia and the owner gave us lots of recommendations of things to do and see - he will definitely know the best places to eat! it’s just a short walking distance to bars and restaurants. the location of the accommodation couldn’t be better. there is a lovely roof terrace with the most amazing view. the rooms where so clean and the bed was super comfy! the hill up to the house is a bit steep, so if you’re coming with car you might want to have help driving up as it takes a bit of courage. we only stayed one night but we might be going back now again as there was too much to do and see and we didn’t have time. also we wouldn’t mind spending some time with them again - they really where the loveliest people ever!

Lovely villa

A very fine and lovely villa. It is located right in the centre of Ulcinj, but it is well secluded despite being in a busy area. The hosts greeted me warmly upon arrival, they are lovely people. The pretty courtyard has lots of seating space, and so does the roof terrace, which is overlooking the city. Their establishment is beautiful and I felt right at home staying here. My room was very cosy and had all the necessary amenities. I have absolutely no criticisms for this place. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to visit Ulcinj, to stay here.
