Villa Oleander

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Oleander. What really makes this place special is the family behind it. Andi and his father, Nedzad, were incredibly kind and went far beyond what we would normally expect from a host. Andi especially went out of his way to help us figure out transportation options for the next part of our trip to Albania, and Nedzad even gave us a ride to the bus station when we left. That level of hospitality genuinely made a difference and made us feel extremely well looked after. The accommodation itself was excellent: spotlessly clean, a very comfortable bed, great air conditioning and, most importantly for us, completely quiet at night. We slept incredibly well. They also help guests navigate the steep hill and parking situation with the car, which makes everything much easier. There are lots of small thoughtful details throughout the property, and the terrace has a beautiful view. The location is also ideal: close enough that you can walk pretty much everywhere, but removed from the noise and bustle of the very centre of Ulcinj. Considering the service, comfort, cleanliness, location and price, Villa Oleander is exceptional value. Easily one of the best stays we had in Montenegro, and we would absolutely stay here again. Hosts were proactive and quick to respond. Had lots of recommendations. Room was spacious and the balcony was awesome. Loved the terrace - beautiful view down to the sea! Quick walk into town.

The owners are helpful and nice. The place is really clean and quite close to the Small Beach.

The parking is difficult, they need to fit many cars is a small yard and the cars are blocking each other.
