Amazing villa with own garden and parking. Fully equipped with almost all you could need. Spacious and very clean. Amazing views on the sea and old fortress from 2nd floor balcony. Separated from the city center and quiet because of it. We were lucky enough, and during our stay, a super friendly host, Dejan, was there during our stay at separate house on the same territory. He was super hospital and provided us with a lot of super tasty surprises.
If you are traveling without a car, you will need to walk a lot through high hills of Ulcinj to reach beaches, stores, etc. It will take 15-20 min to reach the nearest supermarket or city beach.
