Honestly I did feel like we are at our own holiday villa.The owner makes us feel so welcome and as part as the family. He is a sweetheart and he’s staff one of the most cheerful I ever met. I liked every second we spent there and we definitely gonna visit them again 😊

Host was very welcoming. I actually booked for 2 nights and then wanted to extend my stay for 1 more night, they did not have free rooms and than the host sent me to one of his neighbors which his rooms cost about 20Euros more per night and the host paid that from his pocket, it was not needed of course but he would not let me cover that difference!

Exceptional

My trip was for work purposes, I had a meeting in Ulcinj. After which I worked on my laptop at the hotels restaurant. It was a unforgettable experience working while looking at that view. The owner was very kind, he offered me his homemade rakija, he kept that one only for his friends. It reminded me of my late grandfathers rakija. Even though it was a short experience it was quite unique. Therefore, I hope that I will come again, and I will find the same hospitality

very hard to find (it's called villa princessa rather than the name given on booking.com). location far away from the center. oractically no security (anyone can walk into the hallways from the street and break into the thin doors). the bedside lamos were so new they did not have light bulbs yet. the curtains did not keep out the light in order to sleep.

- The cleaning lady was great. She is very kind and helpful, she was always ready to help, 10 points for her (not the owner, just the lady).- - Swimming pool is nice and quiet.- - Clean and new place (but, see below….).-

- It is new, but seems like it is not 100% finished yet. There are some electricity connections missing, some wires are visible on the walls and you can notice that they have still some work to do (maybe renovation). - The shower’s drainage system was a bit blocked and all the bathroom was flood when you take a shower.- - The owner was a bit cheating, I asked him how to go the bus station and he offered to bring me with his car, and when we arrive to the station he charged me with EUR 10,00 only for a 2 km trip (for instance and comparing prices, all the trip Ulcinj – Tirana was EUR 11,00 by bus).- - The location is not so good, too high in the hill. If you don’t have a car better to go to other place (hard to get walking).-

Not like the pictures but okay

- Owner is a great man, very helpful and friendly. - Apartments have a good sauna, good jacuzzi, beautiful pool - Breakfast was great- tasty and diverse, BEAUTIFUL sight during breakfast,

- Rooms are not spacious - Bathroom is not at all like in the pictures, they aren’t refurbished - Very unclean - Beds are very uncomfortable( mattress is on springs) - Balcony is directly connected with another room and one can easily cross over - Parking is VERY tricky. Most likely you will have to park in another Apartment’s parking - shared kitchen in the hallway has only a kettle, not even a sink or oven or anything - Most famous beach( Velika Plaza- Long Beach) is a 20min drive and Small Beach is atleast 5-10 a.k.a. much further than it says in the apartment’s page

Villa princess

Even though the place is still in preparation for the summer season, it still looked okay and main facilities were running. The bar on top of the villa is still in preparation, but guests can access it to sit there and enjoy the view of the area and the sea. Owners were very polite and helpful, props to them!

I didn't like that some of the staff (if i am not mistaken) didn't want to speak in english, even though they said they know it.

Great hotel but a lot of things didn't work.

I liked the furniture, it was new and not worn.

The reception was empty most of the time. Had to wait an hour for someone to come do the check out. The fridge in our room didn't work and had to replace it around midnight ao our food and drinks wouldn't go bad. No batteries in the remote control and the wall plugs didn't work. Also when you take a shower the water doesn't drain in the shower, it leaves the bathroom so beware you need extra towels. The place and rooms were great but everything else is a total disappointment. Also, they didn't serve breakfast as mentioned in the description. They will do it only after July 1

We actually reserved different rooms and when we were there , he told us that only three rooms are left and it wasnt like in the picture they were so small rooms, also the pool wasnt like in picture and the location was very bad !

La primera noche nos dieron una habitación que no era la nuestra y era bastante mejorable. Ya la segunda mejor. A pesar de decir que tenían spa, el jacuzzi y la sauna la tienen apagadas.
