Beautiful ocean view in perfect location

A perfectly located hotel for a visit to the old town and for a walk along the Ulcinj beach. Spectacular view and very nice and quiet (we visited in Oktober, so its the off season. The loud beach clubs the other guests commented are probably an issue in the summer season). Ample parking was available right next to the hotel and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

A few cosmetic improvements need to be made here and there which the owners will fix in the off season.

Cozy room run by a nice family

Kind hosts always ready to assist. Location is very nice!

Three things can be improved: 1 - Rotten smell coming from the toilet (in both rooms I used). Must be coming from the pipes. 2 - Light blinking near the curtain. Found out when I went to bed. Had to move to another room. Quite inconvenient. 3 - Bed linens did not look clean.

Beautiful and comfortable

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room since it was low season. The room was beautifully renovated, extremely comfortable with a great view.

Amazing stay!

Everything! We were upgraded to a room with the tub and wonderful view. It was very clean, wonderful bathroom and comfy bed.

The perfect leisure spot!

The location is perfect, in less then 5 minutes you’ve got beach, markets, shops, bars and restaurants. You are in the old town, with limited car traffic. The air condition worked very well. All facilities are new and a parking spot is directly at the hotel. Note that during the summer months a limited traffic is allowed in the evening.

This is a new, small hotel run by an entrepreneur family who put a lot of their heart into it. This is still work in progress (a lamp is missing and you see the cables, but nothing critical).

Die traumhafte Aussicht auf den kleinen Strand von Ulcinj! Das Zimmer war großzügig und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, familiär und super hilfsbereit. Da ich spät abends eingecheckt hatte und nicht mehr raus zum Essen wollte hat mir die Mamma noch traditionelles Essen zubereitet. 🥰 Die Lage ist perfekt. Ideal für einen Spaziergang zur Altstadt und einer Wanderung durch den Pinienwald zum velika plaža von ulcinj. Komme sehr gerne wieder!

Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann sind es die noch fehlenden Nachttischlampen.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel

Dies ist eine wirklich sehr ansprechende und sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer schönen/ruhigen Lage. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön ausgestattet inclusive Balkon. Was irgendwie fehlt ist ein Frühstücksangebot. Dies ist leider nicht möglich, aber prinzipiell kein Problem. In der Nähe gibt es genug Möglichkeiten günstig zu frühstücken. Auf ein nächstes Mal 👍.

A szállás, ami egy új építésű emeletes épület, közel van a tengerparthoz, saját parkolója van.

A tenger közel volt, kb. 5 perc séta. Mindennap takarítottak, törölközőt cseréltek. A nagy terasz a szobából nyílt. Légkondícionáló volt. Volt egy pici hűtő. Újnak látszódott a szállás, a bútorok újak voltak, az ágy kényelmes volt. Vízforraló, két pohár, két bögre volt az asztalon, benne kavarós kávé. 3 az 1 ben. A fürdőszobában tusfürdő, illatosító, hajszárító és a második naptól Wc papír is volt. Voltak a teraszon két szék és egy kis asztal. Kedvesen fogadott a szállásadó bennünket. A hotelhez volt magán parkoló, ahol biztonságosan tudtunk egy nagyobb autóval is parkolni. Közel volt a sétáló utca, pékség, étterem, bulihelyek. Minden este szólt a zene késő éjszakáig a parton, ami jól hallható volt.

Nem volt csak egy konnektor. Így hosszabbítóra volt szükség. Az ágynál kábelek lógtak a konnektor helyett. A teraszon levő bútorokon nem volt párna, így nagyon kényelmetlen volt. Az asztal nagyobb is lehetett volna, mert így nehezen tudtunk étkezni rajta. Nem volt szárító a teraszon. A fürdőszobában a tusolókabin alól folyt a víz. A tengerparti látványt akadályozta egy óriási fa. Szinte semmi nem látszódott a tengerből. A tengerparton a szétszórt szemét, cigeretta csikkek még mindig probléma, a homok tele van vele. Takaró helyett lepedő volt.

Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig zum Meer und hat eine gute Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Gastgeber nett.

Leider ist das ganze Haus noch nicht richtig fertig renoviert wie es scheint.

Emplacement au calme à quelques pas de la plage et du centre et restaurant Chambre magnifique tout nouveau. Salle de bain très grande bien aménagé supplément. Très bonne Literie. Changement d'essuie même pour 2 jours remise en ordre de la chambre Grande balcon aménagé. Grand Parking public juste en face. Gentillesse de la direction. Quiet location, just steps from the beach, the center, and the restaurant. Beautiful, brand-new room. Very large, well-appointed bathroom (extra charge). Very good bedding. Towels changed, even for 2 days, room tidied. Large furnished balcony. Large public parking lot right across the street. Friendly management.
