Simple hotel with a nice view

Good rooms with a nice view and a balcony. Pool is small but good to refresh at the end of the day. Staff was nice.

Breakfast wasn't great. No lift for the rooms. Far from the beach on a steap walk.

Overall, it was a clean, comforable stay.

We were under the impression that we would have a breakfast, but there was no breakfast. Our bill was adjusted for the lack of the breakfast, which was nice.

Great vacation spent în Ulcinj

Very nice family business and all the members are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very varied and consistent, contains options for all tastes. The sweet crepes and the fresh fruits are always on the table. We had a very nice holiday, I can recomand to families and also for pairs. Oh, and the view from the balcony made all my mornings :). The garden is a very nice place to spend The evenings. We thank you for our hosts for the hospitality!!

The room had the best view in Ulcini. hands up it was the best place I have stayed in during my travel. The balcony view was amazing, the location is a nice walk from the bus station throug the city, and it is 10 mins walk from the best part in Ulcin. Their breakfast was just lovely. The staff were super nice and friendly. they handled all our reuqests, questions and made sure that everything is more than okey. If I am back in ulcin, that’s where I am staying again.

An excellent venue for a relaxing vacation. The walk to the beaches will keep you very fit!

We liked the friendly, helpful attitude of the hosts. The breakfast that was provided was appetising. The vista from the balcony provided an excellent view of the town and the sea beyond. Walking around the town provided an insight into the ways of the inhabitants and the rich history of the area.

Loud music from a nightclub on the Little Beach until 01.00! Best go before the start or close of the holiday season.

The apartment is high above the city with a long hill up, but it has a fantastic view of the city and the sea. Very nice accommodation and very nice staff who helped us with what we needed

Great view, BUT A LOT OF THINGS TO IMPROVE!

- the view from the room was amazing!!! - cleaning

- when we arrived our room wasn’t ready and we had to sleep in a different apartment. They give has back the money, but only because we asked for it; - breakfast wasn’t very international, some of the product suppose to be fresh and cold but there were left there to melt (butter, cheese, coldcuts); - coffee even if was “Italian” Hausbrandt, wasn’t good…way too bitter. Probability wasn’t toasted properly; - the bathroom has a soap dispenser but it was empty…we had to buy bar of soap at the market; - in the bathroom there was often sewer smell, a problem of a lot of places in Montenegro; - handle of the shower was broken - there wasn’t a bath mat, we always have to use one of the face towel; - hairdryer was sticky; - air conditioning was working, but super noisy and just above the bed so we couldn’t use it at night time; - there were not pottery for cooking, and not even a wine opener; - THEY HAVE TO IMPROVE THEIR ENGLISH LEVEL! The little girl was speaking better than everybody else.

Good value off the beaten path

Absolutely gorgeous view! Good location if you want to be off the beaten path a bit, away from the party atmosphere closer to the water. Short walk to the beach (though very steep!). Owners were extremely nice once found.

I confirmed my arrival time thru the app, but when I arrived no one was in reception. I waited, wandered the property, and then finally had to ask another hotel down the road to call since I don't have international calling on my phone. Room was not ready and could have been cleaner.

The family that runs the apartments are fantastic. What we booked, we got, the room is comfortable, but the terrace - perfection! Breakfast was great, parking was always there, the location was just fine.

Superb

The apartment of top flor with a huge terrace has all you need inside and out. Fully equipped though we didn't use anything expect for glasses. Terese has an amazing view and you can even spend time there getting a tan. Convenience store right net to the property.

You need to shout a bit or go looking for staf as the reception does not have a bell. But if you have patience it will not be a problem:)

- good location, next to the supermarket and near the center - very nice owners - good breakfast

- room was not super clean, some black hairs on the bed and floor. Light in the bathroom didn't work. However despite the price we did not complain

I liked this small hotel and the hosts very much, especially the little girl who was helping her parents with everything. The room was very clean and comfortable with a wonderful view. The breakfast was so tasty. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable (just a little bit) was the distance from the beach.

Very kind host, lovely view from the balcony (that has also a table for 3 to serve dinner), breakfast included vegan options (salad, zakuska, eggplant, bruschettas etc.), free safe (could storage there my camera and phones), pretty close to the small beach (5-7 min after you learn the path). Very clean.

There were not many cutleries in the kitchen, yet we managed to improvise with our owns. Wifi speed was really slow, we barely managed to use it.

In the city is everywhere available taxi and in restaurants are serving very delicious food.

The owner was very nice and friendly. Me and my boyfriend were warmly welcomed and owner propose us better room. It was very nice surprise which made our vacation even more special. Amazing view from terrace made every morning incredible. Maximally satisfied! On the beach we had possibility to try some water sports and also there is an option to take a few hours boat trip :)

I can not say any negative opinions about whole apartment or City. The only a little bit tough part was the way from City center and beach to apartment, the way was up a steep hill. But the view and beautiful nature worth for it!

Estancia agradable

La habitación era amplia y contaba con terraza. Había wifi en la habitación. Fue una estancia agradable. El desayuno era muy completo y el personal muy amable y pendiente por si te faltaba algo. También cuenta con una buena piscina, aunque es más pequeña en comparación con las fotos.

La ubicación. Estaba bastante alejado de la zona céntrica por lo que tenías que coger el coche para ir al paseo marítimo y a la ciudad vieja que era lo más bonito de ver. Asimismo tienes que coger el coche para ir a la playa ya que no pilla cerca. Otro punto que no nos gustó fue que no nos avisaron de que entran a limpiar y nos fuimos a la playa y al volver nos dimos cuenta de que habían entrado y claro teníamos todas nuestras cosas personales a la vista y habían movido y recogido alguna cosa.
