Probably better in summer

The room had a lovely view of the sea and we vert much enjoyed the balcony. It was well located in old town. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable. We visited in October and everything was very quiet with no breakfast available unfortunately.

There was no blanket on the bed so it was a bit cold in October, but there was a heater/aircon. There was no Wi-Fi available and the host was not responsive on messages, maybe this would be different in peak time? The shower was not very hot and there is no kettle in the room. I think it would be lovely in the summer but maybe not set up well for the colder months.

Magical location with exceptional views, a wonderful host, and quite comfortable accommodations!

We did not use the kitchen, so I'm just adding this note for people that are looking for a unit with a kitchen. Nice fridge and small cook top. The dishes and cookware are very limited. The only sink is in the bathroom.

Cute old town apartment at the top of a mountain of stairs

As advertised, it’s in the old town so it was close to the action. The bathroom was nice and the small balcony had a little view of the sea. Perfect for a couple. We also liked the family restaurant and appreciated that they offer guests preferred seating.

The directions mention stairs, but it’s worth underscoring: there are SO many stairs. If you are uncomfortable leaving your suitcases in your car in the public parking lot (like we were), it’s a serious effort get them up to the apartment. The staff gave us directions to an easier entry point, but there was limited parking in this area, so keep these logistics in mind. We would advise against this as a choice for a 1 night stay (especially if you’re not planning to stay long)

Safe, calm and peaceful, the perfect stay and a wonderful family who own and run it.

Family run business. We were greeted by the son whose name is Arman I think. He was welcoming, helpful and charismatic. Our room was upgraded for free to one with a sea view which was amazing and so kind of them to do so. Large bathroom, clean pleasant room and the balcony was beautiful. They also have a restaurant in old town which was probably the best one there. The same family was also working there and always came to chat and recommend things. This place was lovely and great value for money, in the centre of Old Town with the cobblestone streets was just perfect, a small beach 2 minute walk down from the hotel made it paradise. Overall, highly recommended more people book this hotel and if we get the chance we will 100% be back, great family, great hotel, and great restaurant, amazing all round.

Relaxing Stay at Timoni Apartments I had a wonderful stay at Timoni Apartments! The place was spotless, with a high standard of cleanliness that made it feel very comfortable. The apartment had a lovely balcony with a stunning view, perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning or relaxing evening. The location was quiet and serene, offering the ideal atmosphere to unwind. If you’re looking for a clean, tranquil place with beautiful scenery, I highly recommend staying here!

Disappointing

Location

Overall it was fine, but there were 2 night when there weren’t any water in the complex. Property could be deeply cleaned. Your towel won’t be changed at the stay time, and you also got only few toilet paper, which is not enough.

The hotel room was great, clean and comfortable. Moreover, the hosts were very friendly, and ready to help us in various matters.

The only unpleasant thing was that hotel is located inside the castle of Ulcinj so there is a problem for parking spot which is a bit far from hotel and you need to pick up things in hand otherwise in general it was a nice trip.

Nice room - booked it with sea view - in a nice location in old town (even if the steps will become your best friend during the stay). Plenty good restaurants are nearby and Dulcinea restaurant, where the breakfast is being served, is very close to the property, standard breakfast was ok (omlette/ pancakes/ bread with butter and jam, water, juice, coffee). Parking lots are available outside the old town - we've payed 8€ tax/ 24h. City beach (Mala Plaža) close to the property - but of course you'll need to go down the hill to it. Good communication with the host and staff! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! 🙂

Cleanliness could be slightly improved. Sometimes a stinky smell was coming out from bathroom pipes.

Very friendly stuff, the apartment is in the heart of the Ulcinj old town. Beautiful sea view and the view from the breakfast restaurant was even better. Highly recommend.

- sometimes it stinks from the pipes in the bathroom. - breakfasts were ok but really monotonous. Basically you could choose only omlet or pancakes. - after a week we were a little bit tired of going uphill several times a day. The facility is located uphill in relation to the beaches and town.

Perfect location in the Gornji (Upper) Old town in the narrow streets, with the amazing view of the Adriatic Sea

I have to give my first negative note in the booking service due to multiple severe malfunctions. As it was no car parking available near the hotel I asked via booking what is the easiest way to get in to the apartment with all the luggage. The manager advised that I should ask taxi driver or someone in the bar on the corner. As a result, we have to break through the narrow crowded streets with heavy suitcases using longer way to the apartment. In the apartment there were many missing, damaged or no sufficient equipment: - 2 bedding sets ( instead of 4 ordered in booking), missing set provided after intervention - missing spoons, forks, knives, pots and pans - missing electric kettle - oven makes squealing noises in the night - sewage problems and stench emanating from drains or pipes - night lamp did not work - towels changed after intervention - apartment not cleaned during our stay Overall, the hotel is situated in perfect location, it as a real pity that basic level of service was not provided. Note 1.

Beautiful apartment with sea view in the heart of old town

The location of the apartment is perfect! It is located in the old town of Ulcinj so you can enjoy a beautiful view from the balcony over the sea. The apartment was nice and modern. The host was very friendly and he helped us with parking our car and also with the instructions of the apartment location on the day of arrival. The owners have a restaurant called “Dulcinea” and is right next to the apartment. We ate the best fish and we could enjoy the view of the city! We definitely recommend it! If you are visiting Ulcinj this is definitely the best stay to be! The host Armend was a very good host.
