Excellent place for family vacation

Wonderful location, sea view terrace in the comfortable room, easy check in / out, breakfast on the sea view terrace, beautiful beach with a lot of space for swimming, lovely islands, very good area for kids swimming, friendly team, magic coffee on the reception, nice three colors cat, nearby old city and market place, easy to access by car (compare to other hotels around), suitable parking.

We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and very responsive, always ready to help. The location is excellent, a quiet, private spot with a beautiful beach, yet only a 10–15 minute walk to the city. Breakfast was included and we liked it a lot. You can also have lunch or dinner at the hotel, with good food and reasonable prices.

Great location, but no luxury stay

- Decent breakfast buffet - Location right by the beach - Walking distance to the old town and city center - Quiet and relaxing area - We had a spacious balcony with sea view - Friendly staff - Decent wifi

- There were a lot (and I mean a lot) of maintenance issues. The first room we stayed in the electrical rollers shutters in the bedroom were broken so it couldn't close or open, a night stand light was broken, as well as a wardrobe door. - We switched room and the maintenance issues continued. There were wardrobe doors that were broken, several lamps inside and on the balcony that did not work, a drawer in the bathroom taped with masking tape, a night stand missing a leg etc. To be fair the hotel addressed the thing we pointed out, but at some point we just felt bothered by having to point out all the things that did not work or were broken. - We struggled with a lack of cleaning. We stayed for three weeks and our impression was that they did not have a good routine for how to do a more thorough cleaning for longer stays. For example rooms only got vacuumed after check out, while you were staying there they broomed and rough mopped the floors leaving our floors pretty bad after a while. We also had to ask them after a week to please clean things such as mirrors, the shower, and the balcony glass doors because it wasn't getting done. Our impression was that this was more do to lack of routine than ill will. - The rooms come with a small kitchen area, but hardly any equipment to do any cooking. There was a small frying pan and a pot, but no spatula, or kitchen knife, or cutting board etc. - The hotel has an area with sunbeds and umbrellas, but the beds are an extra 25 euros per day. We were staying three weeks, so it would have been hundreds and hundreds of euros extra if we were to use the hotels facilities. We ended up just buying sunbeds and an umbrella to put on the free beach next to the hotel for the cost of two days at the hotels facility. - There were some health and safety issues like an electrical outlet and open wiring INSIDE the shower, lack of smoke detectors, lack of emergency exit signs og lights etc. - The beds lacked a mattress topper

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay in Ulcinj

The stay here is incredible. The views are amazing, it’s quiet but still close to the old town (where it’s extremely loud at night, but somehow doesn’t impact this location). It’s very walkable, with clean and large room. The hosts here were incredible. They drove us to the town to get water one morning and even arranged our taxi for us the next day. Also, the breakfast is very good and has many options.

The road to the hotel very narrow, drivers have to be careful. After 8pm to 1am the main road closed change to walking street. This should be taken into account because the alternative route is even worse and longer.

We spent a night in this beautiful apartment, and the only thing we regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy it here. After a short drive through a narrow street, you reach a paradise - beautiful see, very clean, and not crowded lovely beach, in the middle of season. The apartmant itself is just above the beach, it has a big terrace with a beautiful view. It is very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The owner and the staff are very nice and friendly, they are there for you, for whatever you need. We had a lovely evening in a beach bar, and very good breakfast at the roof terrace in the morning. I strongly recommend this beautiful apartment, and would love to come back here.

The Apartment was the absolute best. Very spacious. Spotlessly clean. We got updated to a sea view without charge. The balcony was huge! The service left us with nothing to be desired. The staff was always very forthcoming and read every wish from our lips. Definitely recommend!

We would not return to this area.

The host was great. Maybe we were very unfortunate in that the sea was not clean when we were there, but our host explained that was due to the bad weather. The sunbathing platforms were very nice.

The location was along a very narrow road which many people would not drive and certainly at night the road was terryfying, meeting another car just too worrying. If you are travelling by motorbike - great location. The bathroom was tiny and not particularly clean and the bed linen, pillows and towels were not poor quality.

Location is superb - the views, near the old town, the terrace is large looking just onto the sea, apartment is modern and clean, the breakfast is nice, the beach is just seconds walk, parking and wifi are available. The staff are all friendly and the host Latif deserves a separate big Thank you as he was really helpful and responsive to our questions and requests.

In our case we were not aware that the property does not accept credit cards so we had to deal with the bank currency exchange which meant additional time and exchange conversion fees for us.

Ульцин - отдых на море

Большой номер, огромная терраса с видом на море, приличный завтрак, приветливый персонал, бесплатная парковка. До крепости идти десять минут. Купание в своей тихой бухте, пляж галечный, а дно песчаное. На пляже есть бар, где можно пообедать, правда, без изысков. Других мест для еды нет. Лежаки расположены по краям бухты на платформах.

Лежаки платные для всех, и для гостей из отеля тоже. Два лежака и зонт стоят 25 Евро, хотя они относятся именно к отелю. Рядом стоят два недостроенных здания, стройки заморожены.

Hotel in Altstadtnähe direkt am Strand

Sehr schöner Blick vom großen Balkon direkt am Meer, sehr schöne große Fenster und auf jeden Fall genüged Bäder (drei für 5 Personen), täglich frische Handtücher wenn man wollte, kleiner Strand direkt vor dem Appartment, Frühstück auf der Dachterasse des Hotels mit Meerblick Nah an der Stadt und trotzdem eher ruhig gelegen

Wir mussten bar bezahlen, obwohl bei Booking angegeben wurde, dass man mit Karte Zahlen könnte. Zuerst wurde uns auf Nachfrage Kontodaten gegeben, diese haben allerdings nicht zusammengepasst oder waren nicht SEPA konform, weswegen wir in Bar bezahlenmussten, was bei so großen Mengenrecht stressig ist. Bar am Strand direkt vorm Appartment spiel ständig laute Musik, hören abends aber auf :). Früstück hätte noch abwechslungsreicher sein, Küchenausstattung war sehr basic, Gewürze, ein Schneidebrett und co haben gefehlt.
