A stay we want to repeat

When we arrived at the accommodation, we found still water and 1.5 l mineral water in the fridge. The host was waiting for us and personally showed us the room. The host, a special person, helps you with any problem and is very attentive to your needs. Definitely when I return to Montenegro it is the only accommodation option. The accommodation is 5-10 minutes from the beach (walking distance). The view from the room we were accommodated in was 5 stars. The first shop is 50 meters from the accommodation. 80 meters from the accommodation you will find an Italian restaurant. The main street is 10 minutes away where you can find everything from supermarkets to restaurants and souvenir shops.

It has everything I need

Jasna was a wonderful host! She’s very responsive and helpful! Stayed only for 1 night but it has everything I need and more! It has a partial view to the bay!

It smelled a bit moldy when I first walked in. And furnitures are outdated.

Well-located apartment near the beach and old town.

Great view from the apartment towards the sea. Convenient walk down steps to the main beach and the old town. There are also some smaller beaches. Good recommendation from Jasna to go to the Italian restaurant nearby.

Unfortunately the aircon unit wasn't working very well and it was a hot night. Leaving the windows open meant there was a little road noise.

The views from our room were amazing. Very comfortable bed and AC great. Wifi worked well, best on near balcony. Apartments Located well for easy walking access to beaches, promenade, old town and shops.

The host, Jasna, is a very nice person. She succeeds in making everybody feeling happy at her premises. The apartament is large, with an outstanding view over the harbour.

It was actually amazing. Helpful and toughtfull owner with lots of contacts and information regarding everything we asked for and even more. I'd totally suggest this place if you want quality time spent on little budget.

Quite the elevation difference between the apartment and the grocerie store. You need a little stamina to walk up the stairs with all packed up. But thats not on the appartment, but more like on the city infrastructure as well. Also the trash bin was small for 4 people, and the kitched really needs a microwave.

We stayed at Marko's apartment's during a weekend getaway in Ulcin Montenegro. It's a really nice apartment, clean and comfortable. The view was also very beautiful. People were very kind especially Jasna Petricevic ( the owner), she was so kind to us, offered us everything we needed and also offered to drive us to the station and said so many kind words.

Our Hostess is very helpful from the start until the end ... and even after the end or our presence! Thanks a lot. The appartment is great and even better (same entrance for both apartments) and the view is wonderful!

Nice place in general

The location and view is very good. The apartment was clean and the host was really welcoming.

The WiFi was not working. I managed to get connected to the WiFi network only twice during my stay and the signals was very weak, and kept disconnecting after 2-3 minutes. Even though I brought to the attention of the host, and she promised to fix it, that was not fixed during my stay. Also the AC was either on full blast or off, no other settings seemed to work on the AC, but it was blowing cold.

Ulcinj is a best-kept secret, Hotel Marko is perfect and our host Jasna was lovely.

Ulcinj is a well kept secret. Beautiful old town and nice beach and a nice beachfront promenade with cafes, restaurants and bars. But without the cruise ship hordes. Also, its vibe is still connected to its history. Our host Jasna was very welcoming and made sure that we were comfortable. Our room was perfect and the view from the balcony is spectacular. The hotel overlooks the town center and beach and is very convenient. If you are not at least half fit, you may find the stairs down to the beach challenging. Otherwise, you can take the steps down and a cheap taxi up.

Jasna (the host) is a really nice person, she made us feel like home. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a great view on the sea and the Old Town. Big shower, A/C worked well, well-equiped kitchen, parking place under the roof... Everything was the same as in the pictures - great place for vacation!

The apratment is located nearby the loud city centre, the close main beach is very crowded - but it doesn't refers to the apartment of course.
