Very enjoyable fortnight

The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great value for money as was dinner. The views from the restaurant and upstairs area were stunning and the family were very helpful and accomodating

My only issue was that it said the property was beachfront and it wasn’t and it was further to the centre than also indicated. It was also up quite a steep hill which was very difficult in the heat but a taxi was €10 from down by Small beach / Supermarket. I also thought the pool was chilly and if they are spending money on electricity to chill the pool, the could potentially save themselves some money

Lovely relaxing stay that exceeded our expectations

The value for money is unmatched - they have a small pool/gym area, spacious clean apartments and a BEAUTIFUL dining area and rooftop with panoramic ocean views. It’s within walking distance to all the action however far away enough so that it’s still peaceful and quiet. It’s a family run business and they cannot do enough for you - so friendly & accommodating. We missed breakfast one day and they made it for us anyway. Nothing was a problem. The restaurant is so adorable and food delicious & generous. I would 100% stay here again.

Loved it and the people but no satellite tv.

Beautiful view of the sea, beach, downtown. Top of the hill of all the buildings. Full menu available from the staff for all three meals. Family run. All very friendly. One young server working there for the summer stole our hearts. Good strong WiFi. Good AC. Hope to go back.

The same as the last two and the one booking.com stay where we are now is they advertise satellite tv and only get local antenna with no English. All three locations say the previous guest messed up the tv and the repairman will not be there until the day after we leave. What a coincidence. I have missed USA news for weeks. They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise cable or satellite know they don’t have it. Tv only had power cord to it.

Great hotel with a steep road to the beach

Very hospitable host. I liked the local restaurants, the nearest rocky beach (it's interesting to swim with a mask). Very beautiful places. It was a good adventure. We are glad to have lived here.

The most difficult thing was the road to the sea. It's not far to go, but on a very narrow winding road. First you go down 100 meters (this is a difference in height), and then you go back up. You can see the road and the height difference on the map. It's normal for young people, but if you are 40+, it will be very difficult. We went to the sea in the morning and returned to the hotel only in the evening to walk less in the mountains. You can, of course, go to the beach by car, but the roads are very narrow and steep, and not everyone knows the rules. In the water it is better to walk in slippers, because there are sea urchins. Sea urchins are not poisonous there, but it is not pleasant to pull needles out of your legs. The city beach is very dirty and there are a lot of people there, but after 16h. many leave the beach.

Exeptionally Friendly And Welcoming Hotel Owner. Wonderful View All Over Ulcinj

Words can‘t describe what a friendly and kind experience we had with the owner of the hotel. You can tell that he really cares for his guests and their comfort. Thank you ! The Hotel itself is worth a stay and the money. Sure, the 10min walk down to the beach -and especially back up- can be quite exhausting but it adds to the overall experience. All in all it‘s been a pleasant stay. Probably won‘t be our last visit.

Overall we had a pleasant stay at apartments Tati.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the sea view from the balkonies and the bar/rooftop terrace is beautiful. We tried the breakfast which was also fine, probably a good choice for someone who is not settled in the flat yet. The house and the rooms are clean, parking is comfortable and available.

The bathrooms smells to the extent that is disturbing as the bad odors are present in the entire flat. The situation can be improved with some precaution (closing the doors, etc)., but this is an effort. We frequently had to ask for toilet papers, as we run out of them quickly - we received two thin rolls at once, and that goes quickly with a family of four - again, an inconvenient action to take. The pool is smaller than what we expected (this is probably our fault as the photos show the size), and the water in it was slightly cold. The sea is a bit further than indicated rather 10-15 mins than 5 mins. The kitchen is very small and is minimaly equipped, which makes it almost impossible to prepare even the simpliest dishes - pans, a pasta strainer, a good knife, some more cutlery and a few more plates would come in handy.

Short visit of Montenegro's Ulcinj

Very, very nice place with a panoramatic 360 view to the whole Ulcinj - maybe the highest point in the city. Cool swimming pool in the house, nice terrace and restaurant on the top of the house. Fantastic views! The old town is very close from the appartments! Parking place is convenient. The owner was very friendly and he tried to make us happy for the whole stay. Thanks to him we stayed there for three nights.

The city centre was very noisy by a loud trance music from the bars. Traffic jams in the Ulcinj town were very often. Our appartment itself - in the bottom of the house - was small, dark and has a poor ventilation. The entrance to it was from the parking place. We decided to leave the place to find other places after a half time.

There was no aircon in either bedroom in our apartment so quite hot to sleep in at night. Location wise it wasn't far to walk to the main town at all, but it is a walk up quite a steep hill...!

Sea views apartment with lovely hosts

The apartment was large and had a lovely balcony, and there are several other balconies for guests. Our son enjoyed the swimming pool. We all slept well as it's in a quiet area, and shutters kept out the heat and light. The views are amazing and the owners very friendly.

It was fine for us but if you find hills difficult you'd need a car.

Superb!

Perfectly suitable for a family with 3 kids, as the apartment nr. 5 has 2 bedrooms, one with 3 single beds and one with a king size bed. Very quiet place. Fabulous views from the balconies, terraces and windows. Very clean property, very delicious breakfast and Italian coffee, good parking, nice pool, jacuzzi and sunbeds. The owners are always ready to offer anything the guests might need, and thei’re always smiling, the kindest persons we met in Montenegro. Very good quality-price!

Amazing view, very friendly host, but a tough walk :D.

The host was really nice and relaxed. Always ready to recommend places to visit and cared about the guests. The roof terrace was super comfortable and had amazing view of the city and the sea. Sunset could be observed from the roof and it is amazing.

The location is a bit difficult to reach if you don't have a car.

Hospitality, cozy and amazing views

Excellent choice for staying for week. Extremely hospiality owner and his wife, which can help to you with everything in Ulcin. There are rooms is not too big, but comfortable, cozy and super clean. Also this apartments have a pool and sunny terasse with great view of the old sity and the sea. The breakfast is good (eggs, vegetables, sausages etc). Very, very good coffee. I highly recommend this place.

However, staying in this place will be better if you travelling by the car. Because apartments is located on the hill. And to return from the beach you have to go up. But for me this is not a disappointment, because I love walking and sports. Also this place is better, because at night it is too noisy near the waterfront.

I am so glad that my colleague and I have chosen this apartment for our stay. Tati and his wife were so welcoming and friendly, they provided us with the information we needed (taxi, food delivery, city locations, etc.) The room was small but very comfortable with a peaceful sea view, where we could drink coffee and enjoy nature. Also, the room had everything for our needs, kitchen, air conditioning, clean towels, and warm blankets. I highly recommend Apartments Tati to everyone!

Geweldige service en heel erg vriendelijk personeel. Een hele goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en alles was schoon en netjes. Voor vragen kon je bij al het personeel terecht, en die waren allen volledig bereid om je te helpen en tips te geven. Ook het ontbijt was erg lekker, maar zorg dat je honger hebt want het was echt veel (-; In conclusie echt een top appartement die we zeker zouden aanbevelen!

Er viel bijna niks tegen behalve dat het een stukje steil lopen was naar het centrum, maar dat wisten we van tevoren. Voor de rest geen enkele verbeterpunten.

Tres beau sejour dans les appartements Tati

Les hôtes sont tout simplement formidables. Serviables, disponibles. L'appartement etait fonctionnel et propre. Le menage complet fait tous les 3 jours.La cuisine etait tres bonne. Nous avons passé une super sejour dans cet hotel. Encore merci à eux! L'hotel est un peu excentré du centre ce qui permet d'avoir de la tranquillité

L'accès à l'hotel est, comme toutes les rues du Monténégro, assez étroit et en hauteur. Mais les patrons n'hésitent pas à deplacer les vehicules pour nous faciliter l'acces. Prévoir une bonne condition physique pour l'accès à pied😅.

Cudowny wlasciciel, tworzacy prawdziwie rodzinna atmosferę. Bardzo urokliwe miejsce, z restauracja, basenem, spa i wygodnymi i czystymi apartamentami. Widok sprawi, że poczujecie sie w tym miejscu błogo i wygodnie. Lokalizacja bardzo przystępna. Do miasta pieszo ok 10/15 min (trasa powrotna nieco bardziej wymagająca ze względu na wzniesienie). Trzeba tez mieć umiejętności, aby zaparkować, ponieważ droga dojazdowa jest dosc wąska i czeka Cie zakręt 90o aby wjechać na parking przed obiektem. Pomimo tego, to najlepszy nocleg jaki mieliśmy w Czarnogorze. Polecamy
