Perfect place for a few days in Ulciji

Beautiful spacious apartment set in a stunning olive grove. The owners were extremely welcoming and very helpful for anything we needed and providing recommendations.

Beautiful pool! Nice location just outside the city centre of Ulcinj, close to olive gardens, some small beaches, a few nice restaurants. The city centre is close by if you want to go, but you have all you need close by. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

The best vacation

Everything was beautifull. We don't have word to describe this place. We have been to other resorts, but nowhere was it as nice as here. The room was beautifull and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hosts were very kind, and were always there for whatever we needed. We can't wait to come again here next summer.

The hosts are very kind and helpful. Pool was good for children as well as adults. Area vas very nice- with old olive trees.

It was just one air conditioner in the living room and in the bedroom its to hot for sleeping. The air conditioner turned off when we were out, and when we came from the beach it took a long time to cool the whole apartment.

The airco only worked in 1 room, the other 2 rooms were very hot at night. No washing possibility for kitchenware, only fridge available.

Fabulous, lovely family run business, we wish them all the luck in the future

We had an amazing time with Janeta and Andre, what a lovely family. They could not have been more welcoming. The apartment was perfect with a lovely veranda, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. The location is simply stunning, amongst old olive groves. They have a family olive oil business, where we bought some AMAZING olive oil to bring home and a beautifully carved board for bread and olives. They helped us get to the shops and organise some days trips for us. Janeta even took us to the beach in her own car when a taxi got stuck in traffic. Only about a 10min walk from Ulcinj town center, easier walking downhill than back up! We got taxis that were 4-5 euros a time. Janeta called for food to be delivered for us on a few occasions. I thoroughly recommend Ulcinj, possibly my favourite place in Montenegro, always met with a smile! Please go, you will love it!

The kitchen was possibly a little basic, but we hadn't planned to eat in, so was not an issue for us.

Exeptional hospitality, peaceful and beautiful place.

Perfect place to stay with children, relaxing atmosphere, nice pool area. Lovely hosts, always friendly and helpful, they provided whatever we needed and offered our children snacks. Fantastic location, great and clean accomodation surrounded by olive groves. In a quiet area of Ulcinj and in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Such a great stay for our family. Beautiful memories of Montenegro. We loved Eman Resort and we will definately come back.

Naktsmīne patīkami iekārtota. Ir arī balkons.

Bija problēmas ar strāvas padevi, vairākkārt izslēdzās. Naktsmītnē bija arī stūrītis ēdiena pagatavošanai, bet nebija kontakts, kur pieslēgt tējkannu.

Klidné místo s velmi ochotným majitelem

Klidné místo, v docházkové vzdálenosti - cca 1,3 km od centra, hezké místo na ranní snídani, ta nebyla formou bufetu, ale na objednání - chutná.

Zklamal nás bazén. Bylo v něm příliš málo vody na plavání pro dospělé, "vířivka" uvedená v nabídce nebyla v provozu, sprcha u bazénu nefungovala

Az apartman nagyon szép helyen helyezkedik el. A tulajdonos barátságos és segítőkész. Közel van a központhoz, illetve az Ulcinj-i várhoz, s óvároshoz. Továbbá a homokos part és a sziklás part is közel van. Remek elhelyezkedés, remek emberekkel. ❤️

Vrhunska usluga, uz odličan ambijent!

Prelep ambijent, ceo apartman je okružen maslinama. Doručak smo koristili samo jedan dan, i bio je odličan! Ono što je glavna prednost ovog objekta je što domaćini znaju šta je pravo ugostiteljstvo, i razumeju kako industrija turizma funkcioniše, što je stvarno retkost na crnogorskom primorju. Sve preporuke za ovaj objekat!

Ogólnie zadowolony ale Ulcinj nie polecam. Lepiej wybrać się na północne wybrzeże, z dala od syfu

wygodne, twarde łózka, świetny właściciel, bardzo pomocny, spory taras. Bardzo przystępne cenowo i smaczne śniadania. Mimo piekielnych temperatur zadbana zieleń wokół obiektu, dość blisko sklep. Lokalizacja poza głównym Ulcinj to duży plus.

brak jakiejkolwiek kuchni w naszym apartamencie, minimalna ilość szafek na ubrania, brak sztućcy i talerzy. Generalnie brak wyposażenia kuchennego. W ofercie było znaznaczone że jest 45 m2 ale chyba jest to liczone razem z tarasem (swoja drogą taras przyjemny)

Kedves tulajdonosok és segítőkészek. Szuper elhelyezkedés egy kis séta viszont kell a központig.. :) Jó jakuzzi, szép medence és festői környezet.

A legfelszereltebb szobát foglaltuk (elvileg), de konyha nem volt. Mi azt hiányoltuk nagyon, tápszer melegítés sokkal egyszerűbb lett volna a kisbabánknak.

Prima verblijf, maar de faciliteiten op de kamer mogen nog wat verder worden uitgebreid.

De locatie is fijn en eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk. Het zwembad is ook lekker maar het water staat wat laag.

Het appartement was nog niet helemaal af en daardoor ontbraken er toch wat essentiële dingen als haakjes, wel een waterkoker maar geen kopjes, lampen deden het niet allemaal of alleen een los snoer uit de wand.

Podobała mi się okolica, miejsce ładnie położone w starym gaju oliwnym. Basen przyjemny, żeby się schłodzić i chwilę odpocząć.

Osoba sprzątająca pokój nie przyłożyła się do tego, było wiele miejsc, które wymagały dokładniejszego posprzątania. W rogu przy podłodze pajęczyna z pająkiem, bardzo brudna kanapa, z wielkimi brązowymi plamami. Kuchnia, w której brakowało szklanek, kieliszków do wina, małe łyżeczki były takie malutkie, że trudno było z nich korzystać. Wszystkie meble wymagają naprawy.
