Apartments Lungo Mare Ulcinj

The host is extremely friendly and comforting. It takes 10 minutes down to the beautiful Bays of Ulcinj. If we ever visit Ulcinj again we will definitely stay at Lungo mare again!

Maybe 1/2 water glasses and cooking tools more wouldn’t be bad

Everything ok

We had a great stay here. The view from the apartment was lovely and we appreciated the free parking. The room was spacious and comfortable. We traveled with a dog and paid an extra EUR 5 per day. Nearby there is a small market and a very nice bakery. You can reach Albatros Beach and Mala Plaza on foot although the pedestrian paths are limited in some areas. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience!

One of the positive highlights during our stay at Lungo Mare Apartments was the owner's responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs. When we requested to extend our prepaid stay by one day, they promptly and efficiently arranged for an additional room, which was a thoughtful gesture that left a positive impression. The invitingly comfortable beds in both rooms provided us with restful nights, allowing us to wake up refreshed. We appreciated the peaceful ambiance of our first room, nestled in a quiet corner of the hotel, offering moments of serenity that added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Unfortunately, both rooms had cleanliness issues, including dirty dishes and a grimy sponge left in the first room, and noticeable signs of previous use in the toilet of the second room. While the owners did send a cleaner promptly, it was disappointing to encounter such problems during our stay, affecting our initial impression. The owner's defensive and unconvincing response to the cleanliness issues was bothersome. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they tried to convince us that the stain was a goo and substances in the toilet was bleach, despite the absence of typical bleach smell. While acknowledging it could be a cultural difference, we found this insistence on explaining or defending unnecessary and unrequired confrontation. We were left disappointed when, just five minutes after inspecting the unclean toilet, the owner demanded payment from us. It was evident that we had no intention of leaving without closing the bill, and all while the toilet still needed cleaning. This experience made us feel like the owner's priorities were not focused on customer satisfaction.
