Beautiful vacations

We really enjoyed our stay at Adriatik apartment

We had to find and move to a different accommodation after staying for only two nights.

One of the three beds was comfortable, and the private parking was a positive aspect.

Unfortunately, there were many significant issues. Two of the three beds were in very poor condition and uncomfortable. The property is located on an extremely steep hill, which makes the walk to and from the beach very challenging. The apartment itself was not adequately equipped. The kitchen was subpar and lacked a proper table for meals. The bathroom was also inadequate; the shower cabin was incredibly small, making it impossible to shower properly. Most alarmingly, there were major safety concerns in the bathroom, with electrical wires and the water boiler located dangerously close to your head while showering. Furthermore, the balcony door could not be closed or locked, which was a serious security risk as anyone could access the balcony. Basic amenities such as towels and toilet paper were not provided. We got an apartment, of which there is not a single picture on Booking.

Exceptional

This is a perfect place to stay, especially if you are with the car as you really need it in Ulcinj. But also a cab is more than good. The owner of the Apartment is really nice. He will help you with everything, he let us to check in at 6 in the morning and to do the check out late in the afternoon. If you need anything you can call him for the help. The view from the Apartment is amazing and you need only 10 minutes of a slow walk to reach the Old town and the city center. Air condition and everything needed is available in the apartment too, and if you need anything additional you just let them know and they will help you.

Small beach wasn't for us as it was really crowded, but there are other beaches to visit too.

The "deluxe" room didn't match the description.

Handmade paintings, little shampoos, a hairdryer, the beer the landlord shared with us, view from the window.

The "deluxe" room wasn't deluxe at all! The description on the website wasn't true and the pictures look totally different than an actual room. The apartment was supposed to be more than 30m, but it's max 20m. They mentioned the kitchen... The whole "kitchen" was a small area and there was no way to use it. There was no pot, no pan, not even a kettle to make some coffee. We got two plates, two water glasses and two sets of cuttlery - nothing more. No dish soap, just an old gross sponge. There's no toilet seat, you have to sit on a toilet bowl... Warm water is avaible only from time to time (usually it's not). The apartment looks bad and needs some renovation. The Wi-Fi didn't work. The sea distance is about 250m in a straight line, but the way is about 1 km. The street is very steep, which is common for this area. The communication with the owner was poor. Only single words and google translator. I didn't expect him to speak fluent english but I wish I could discuss some basic stuff. I'm surprised with all the recommendations. Usually I'm happy with what I get but this time I felt very disapointed.

the staff was very arrogant and rude. the room that I had reserved was given to someone else. I waited on the street for 30 minutes because the reception was closed.

Great location, easy check in and friendly host. The balcony is also nice. Good value for money!

However, the place isn’t really an apartment as there are no cooking amenities and the stove didn’t seem to work.

Mislim da bi trebalo malo da se apartman preuredi vrata su stara, u kupatilu u tuš kabini stojiš u vodi dok se kupaš jer ne odtiče dalje, iza wc šolje kaplje voda te teče po pločicama pored zida do vrata i jako smrdi, takodjer su se vrata vjerovatno napila vode pa se uopšte ne mogu zatvoriti. Kuhinja ima jako staru opremu frižider ne hladi, kuhalo za vodu ne radi, ploča od šporeta jedno dugme nema a drugo jedva da zagreje vodu. Čistoća od 1 do 10 jedna loša 7. Apartmanu je sigurno potrebno malo prenove ili rada u njemu na žalost.

Garnichts hatund gefallen.

Garnichts hat mir gefallen es war die einzige raum das wir buchen koennten und bei der apartmentbeschreibung sagte das es gibt seaview das war aber nicht der fall. Und es gab ameise in unseren raum un vielleicht ,und auch es gab kein schluessel fuer die badzimmer.
