Great stay in the heart of Ulcinj

The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a pleasant atmosphere with plenty of natural light. The location is excellent — just a few minutes from the center, restaurants, and the seaside. The balcony with the city view was a great place to relax in the morning. Communication with the host was easy and friendly, which made the stay even better.

Everything was good overall. The only small thing that could be improved is adding a few more amenities for convenience, but it didn’t affect our stay.

Apartment location and style is super nice. Very proactive host, you can park your motorcycle on the yard even though it is in the center. Will stay again.

Fantastic hosts. A fabulous place to stay

I loved everything about my stay. Flora and her son were fantastic. They made me feel very welcome and made a point of checking that everything was okay on more that one occasion. The apartment was perfect. The balcony was a bonus. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and I even had YouTube on the TV. It's very well located for the bus station and the old town.

When we came to the house it was not at all like any of the pictures. The host seemed to live there since all of their stuff was there such as clothes were in the closet which also caused us to not have much place to put out clothes. The bathroom was also full of their stuff which lead to us not having any space. It was not cleaned at all, the kitchen was so dirty and not at all somewhere we wanted to eat so we had to eat in the balcony which was no better because there was a beehive. The kitchen only had one chair to sit on which meant that you could not eat there with family and not even use the kitchen tools, in other words the kitchen was useless. You need to pay to do the laundry. The experience there felt dirty. The host tried to deny all of the things we said such as “It just said there was a washing machine not that it’s free”. They scammed us in all of the ways they could.

Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni. Pored apartmana imaju njihov market,u kom možete da kupite sve što vam treba po pristupacnim cenama.Apartman je mali ali je prelep,blizu je centra i nije daleko od plaže.Čisto je i sredjeno,a domaćini su na usluzi za sve što treba. Kada ponovo budemo dolazili u Ulcinj,opet ćemo doći kod njih.

Nemam velike zamerke,jedino bi jos mogli da stave u apartman neki mali električni,da bi moglo nešto da se pripremi za jelo,ili bar rešo da može kafa da se skuva,mada sam siguran da kad biste tražili od domaćice da vam skuva kafu,to bi uradila,jer su izuzetno ljubazni.

Un appartement bien placé

L'appartement est bien situé et refait à neuf. Les parents du propriétaire nous ont très agréablement accueillis. On sent immédiatement que le propriétaire (très sympathique) souhaite rendre votre séjour agréable. La salle de bain est neuve dotée d'une douche à l'italienne. On est à 700 m de la plage et de ses bords de mer c'est top 😎 Enfin il y a la possibilité de stationner son véhicule ! Il s'agit d'un indéniable avantage dans cette ville où le stationnement est difficile !!

Il ne manquait pas grand-chose pour que tout soit bon. Mais...il n'y avait pas d'ustensiles de cuisine simples comme une casserole des bols et une poêle pour pouvoir cuire des pâtes ou des oeufs. Mais de toute façon....les plaques chauffantes ne fonctionnaient pas. Il n'y avait pas de serviettes de bain (compliqué à une époque où l'on voyage sans pour des problèmes de poids et de volume à l'aéroport)...

Tolle Lage mitten in der Innenstadt! Stari Grad und Mala Plaza sind fußläufig super erreichbar, die Hauptstraße mit all ihren Läden, Restaurants und Bars sind vor der Tür. Zur Unterkunft gehört auch ein überdachter Parkplatz, sehr schön:) Tolle Unterkunft mit moderner Einrichtung, war alles sehr zufriedenstellend:) Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar als wir Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten zur nächsten Werkstatt gefahren.

Wir hatten anfangs Probleme die Unterkunft zu finden, da wir keine Beschilderung gesehen haben. Am besten sprechen Sie das Personal, welches im Supermarkt bei der Unterkunft arbeitet, an. Dort hängen auch Plakate, die auf die City Heart Apartments hinweisen.
