Exceptional

Everything was perfect. The location, just few steps away from the beach, near the Old Town, yet quiet and calm. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable, a patio was fantastic with the sea view. WiFi was fast. But he most important for us were wonderful hosts, so welcoming, always kind and helpful. Olja's cakes are the most delicious in the world. Absolutely the best holidays in our lives. We are going to come back next year.

There's no such thing. Everything was beyond perfect.

The apartment with wonderful sea view near center of Ulcinj

Very nice, cozy apartment, excellent location(sea view), close to the centre of the village and to good restaurants(pet friendly). Little beach is in front of the apartment approximately 2min away (pet friendly). Family who owns the apartment was exceptionally helpful and very kind! I could only recommend this place, we will definitely come back!

Hosts are really nice, the property is near the beach, and you always hear waves sound. Common terrace is large and convenient. Lots of kitchen appliances.

On the first day tap water insanely smelled sulfphur. Maybe boiler had old water. On the second day it was ok.

Felejthetetlen nyaralás volt . Nagyban köszönhető a szállásnak. Csodálatos vendéglátók,csupa szív emberek. Az apartman minden igényeket ki elégítette. Családtag ként kezelnek minden vendéget .

Jó élmény oda utazni, ott tölteni egy hetet!

Nagyon-nagyon kedvesek a szállásadók, teljes szívemből köszönöm nekik ezt a hozzáállásukat! Nagyon jó helyen helyezkedik el az apartman, tényleg néhány lépés a legközelebbi strand, de a közelben található egy teljesen más hangulatú is. A szállástól kisebb sétával elérhető a bazársor, éttermek, hajózási lehetőségek, valamint a Mala Beach is. A kikötőből menetrend szerint indulnak járatok a Velika Beachre.

A szálláshoz vezető úton autóval lejutni először borzasztóan ijesztő, mert szúk, kanyargós és nagyon nagy szintbeli különbségek vannak. Persze nem lehetetlen, de javasolt egy tapasztaltabb sofőrnek vezetni. Ha pedig jönnek szembe, akkor különös magabiztosság szükséges. A környéken a szemétkezelés infrastruktúrája még nagyon gyerekcipőben jár, és annak ellenére, hogy a szállás és a környezete, valamint alapvetően a tengeríz is tiszta volt, az utcák és a szurdokok nem túl vonzóak.

W tym apartamencie spędziłam z mężem o synem urlop już po raz drugi w odstępie 4 letnim. Po raz drugi się nie zasiadłam. To miejsce jest fantastyczne. Właściciele przemili bardzo dbający o czystość i Pani właścicielka często częstuje domowymi smakołykami. Cisza spokój i plaża pod samym nosem bez natłoku turystów. A do centrum 10 minut spacerkiem.

Хороший відпочинок

Помешкання було не дуже великим, але двоє дорослих та двоє дітей почували себе комфортно. Власники дуже приємні, комунікабельні люди. Підготували для дітей солодощі та місцеве вино для нас. Питання, які виникали, вирішувались одразу. Підказали де поїсти і допомогли з купівлею місцевої оливкової олії, постійно пригощали нас десертами власного приготування і не тільки ;). До пляжу хвилина пішки. Пляж кам'яний, але можна зайти у воду у пляжному взутті і залишити на великому камені. Каміння тільки на початку, далі пісок. Треба зауважити, що пляж чистий, чого не скажеш про "Малу Пляжу". Помешкання знаходиться у тихому районі. Треба бути готовим до вузьких вулиць, крутих підйомів та спусків. У разі перебування в Ульцині в майбутньому точно зупинився би тут. Однозначно раджу.

Doskonały wybór noclegu w Ulcinj. Apartament znajduje się 5 minut pieszo od starego miasta i po drugiej stronie ulicy od publicznie dostępnej plaży. Gospodarze to wspaniali ludzie którzy przez cały pobyt starali się umilić spędzony u nich czas. Apartament jest bardzo przestronny składa się z salonu ze stołem, telewizorem i wygodną kanapą, a w części kuchennej bardzo dobrze wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym, w którym bez żadnych problemów można przygotowywać posiłki. W drugim pomieszczeniu znajduje się sypialnia z dużym wygodnym łóżkiem i szafą na ubrania. Są także dostępne stojak na suszenie odzieży i żelazko. Największym atutem jest duży balkon ze stolikiem, krzesłami i parasolem, na którym można spożywać posiłki i przede wszystkim relaksować się podziwiając wspaniały widok na morze, skały, plaże.Oprocz lokalizacji byliśmy zachwyceni gościnnością naszej gospodyni która kilka razy zaskoczyła nas słodką niespodzianką: swojskimi pączkami, pysznym ciastem z karmelowym kremem i swojskimi wafelkami i kawką po naszym przyjeździe. W lodówce czekało też na nas czerwone wino na dobre rozpoczęcie wakacji 🙂Podsumowując szczerze polecam ten apartament dla odwiedzających Ulcinji.
