Highly recommend staying here to anyone thinking of staying in Ulcinj. The views the room and breakfast were perfect. The owner and his family were very welcoming and extremely accommodating.
Be prepared there is a lot of steps up to the house. Quite hard with heavy suitcases in the heat. The place is a living museum so suitcases weren't in mind when it was built. We expected it so wasn't much of an issue.
Bring cash for breakfast and taxes. Couldn't fault it otherwise.

This was a very nice place to stay! The view really is incredible! The hosts are incredibly hardworking all hours of the day! They are so attentive and respond to all of your needs immediately! They made me coffee each morning and were so quick to come late at night when I was locked out! I really appreciate how kind and helpful they are! The blanket in the room was so warm and comfortable! The location is great - very close to all of the best restaurants in town!

Great location up high in the old town with 180 degree views of the ocean and close to the best restaurants in the old town.
The owner was friendly .
The two bedroom apartment with enclosed terrace is a little tired and in need of some updates. Old and chipped crockery .
It wasn’t made clear that car parking was down at the waterfront meaning a very steep climb up many steps with your luggage.
The apartment is part of the owners house , you have to pass through their door and hallway to access the apartment,so it felt a little like being in a home stay . A lot of noise transfer from the children living below.
