I really liked the location , it was good and quiet , very easy to find and secure parking in front of the apartment,the apartments inside were new and very good equipped and modern.

Good

It was as shown on Booking profile as far as accommodation concerne. There are 3 markets nearby, and it was easy commute throughout Ulcinj, and to Velika plaža and back.

It could be little bit cleaner, with much more kitchen facilities (we booked for 4 persons, and there were only 3 sets of dishes). It is right next to very busy road so it was quite noisy from traffic and also from music coming from city center. One could come to nearest beach preety fast by foot, but the path is very steep. Overall be prepared to use car a lot.

Everything was good and I would go there again. Kenan is an amazing host. The view from the terrace is amazing especially during sunset.Apartment was modern, comfortable, very well thought out and what most important - really clean.Free parking. Excellent for the price! Highly recomend!

The property was amazing.I enjoyed it so much and the owner was so kind and helpful. The location is amazing,since its in a quiet area but still in the centre and near all of the beaches.We had all the amenities which we needed and the room itself was so clean.The views are spectacular also.I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy their vacation,because you will surely have the best time of your life with the amazing views and the comfiest cleaniest rooms.

Location was very good ,place and located in very good place no noize especially for children u have averything you need facilities, hospitality was very good I enjoyed so much with my children so next year I will again in xhan apartments .

Skvělé ubytování za příjemnou cenu

Apartmán se dá lehce najít, ložnice má dostatek úložných prostor . Vedle se nachází market. Pronajímatel skvělý. Nový nábytek, čistota, příjemně zařízené . Západ slunce z terasy jako bonus .

Mravenci a nedostatečně vybavená kuchyň + chybějící mýdlo na ruce v koupelně . Jinak vše ok ;-)

Bine

Gazda a fost foarte amabila, nu mergea plita și a venit și a rezolvat-o imediat. Ca și locație nu este la 400-500m pana la plaja, este mai departe. Dezavantaj este ca pentru a ajunge atât la plaja cât și la orașul vechi trebuie sa cobori o panta foarte abrupta. În rest magazinul este foarte aproape. Terasa este lin spatele clădirii și este extrem de mica și lângă este un perete de pământ al casei vecine. Pentru prețul plătit per ansamblu este satisfăcător.

Terasa, drumul pana la plaja. Când te intorceai aveai de urcat o panta extrem de abrupta.

Gute Wahl für Ulcinj

Das Apartment war geräumig. Die Küche war mit dem.Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Es war ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber. Der Balkon war schön groß und wir hatten Meerblick. Das Apartment liegt an der Straße, wir waren hier in der Nebensaison - das heißt bei uns war's nicht besonders laut. Zur Strandpromenade läuft man ca 20 Minuten den Berg runter. Gleich gegenüber gibt's einen kleinen Supermarkt. Zum Essen geht man am besten zur Strandpromenade oder in die Altstadt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war freundlich und schnell. WLAN hat funktioniert. Parken konnten wir ganz unkompliziert vor dem Haus.

Für uns wäre ein bisschen mehr Küchenequipment hilfreich gewesen und ein paar Haken und mehr Ablagefläche wäre toll gewesen.
